Proper project management is a crucial element of the smooth functioning and development of an organization. Changing conditions make managing deadlines, the scope of tasks, and the allocation of responsibilities a challenge. To ensure orderly and effective operations, it is essential use of methods and tools facilitating work organization and planning – and this is where project management knowledge comes in handy.

Project management is a field that has been developed for many years in various professional fields. In the training activities of EMT-Systems, we have transferred this methodology to industrial project platform, conducted in production plants – technological, maintenance, production quality and logistics departments.

The aim of establishing the "Industrial Project Management" department is to build project awareness among technicians and engineers production plants cooperating with EMT-Systems, strengthening the role of projects and their impact on the implemented strategy.

The training is intended for people with any experience in project work who need an introduction or refresher. the most important rules regarding project management. We focus our courses primarily on the methodology of working with industrial projects. We want to prepare technical staff to work efficiently in the role coordinators of various projects, achieving the goals of their work in accordance with its scope and deadlines and to make appropriate use of resources.
