Course objective:
After completing the training, the participant:- Has knowledge of the processing of thermoplastics by injection molding
- He knows the structure of an injection molding machine
- Can set up the injection process
- Correctly selects process parameters
- Is aware of the influence of the selected parameters on the quality of the molded part
- Can independently identify defects in molded parts and indicate their cause

Operators – setters, quality controllers, engineering and technical employees not directly involved in production, technologists and people responsible for starting and setting up the process with no or little experience.

BOY 35 E injection molding machine
The BOY 35 E is a four-column, fully hydraulic, automatic injection molding machine with a dual-platen clamping system and a swing-out injection unit. The optional EconPlast plasticizing system significantly reduces the BOY 35 E's energy consumption. Thanks to the high rigidity of the clamping system and the high efficiency of the injection unit, the machine is ideal for producing precision parts with tight tolerances. Five different injection units with screw diameters ranging from 14 to 32 mm guarantee precise injection of parts weighing up to 69,5 g (PS). The BOY 35 E can successfully process a wide range of thermoplastics, elastomers, silicones, and thermosets, as well as metal and ceramic powders (PIM technology). The SP 45 injection unit allows for significantly higher injection speeds. Differential injection technology can be irreplaceable, especially for thin-walled parts.
