1. Legal regulations specifying the principles and possibilities of putting into operation and using technical devices in potentially explosive atmospheres
- European law regulations
- Implementation of European law requirements into national legal regulations
- National law regulations (including those unrelated to European law)
2. Requirements of the ATEX Directive (2014/34/EU)
- Areas of application of the directive, groups and categories of equipment covered by the directive, manufacturer's obligations
- Essential health and safety requirements for the design and construction of equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres / characteristics of essential requirements / guidelines for the implementation of essential requirements
- Methodology/procedures for assessing conformity with essential requirements
- Manufacturer's obligations (ensuring operational safety, product marking, issuing compliance documents, external certification)
- Obligations of persons operating equipment in potentially explosive atmospheres
