Hardware and software used

CONVENTIONAL INDUSTRIAL HYDRAULICS STATIONS

The stations have a unique design, the only one in the country, enabling exercises at various levels of advancement:

  • assembly and operation testing of any combination of conventionally and electrically controlled hydraulic systems
  • carrying out operational tests of typical power hydraulic components (pumps, pressure valves, throttle valves, flow regulators)
  • simple, convenient and quick installation of designed hydraulic systems
  • checking the operation and observing the operation of the power supply system, pressure valves, flow direction and flow rate control valves and actuators
  • acquiring skills in the design and assembly of electrohydraulic relay electric and proportional control systems.
ELECTROHYDRAULICS AND PROPORTIONAL HYDRAULICS STATIONS

The stations have a unique structure, the only one in the country, enabling exercises at various levels of advancement:

  • assembly and operation check freely configurable proportionally controlled hydraulic systems in open and closed systems
  • acquiring skills in the design and assembly of electrohydraulic relay electric and proportional control systems
  • parameterization of proportional systems
STATION FOR VISUALIZATION AND REGULATION OF THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The practical lab demonstrates the classic operation of a hydraulic system. Thanks to the use of PMMA components, all channels, flows, and the interior of each component in the system are clearly visible during operation.

The station is controlled by an automation system with visualization on the operator panel. The system is used to thoroughly understand the operation of the hydraulic system, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses, and identifying the most likely failure points and ways to quickly resolve them. System components:

  • valve block
  • actuator
  • hydraulic accumulator
  • working fluid tank
  • control cabinet with operator panel.
HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT WITH A UNIQUE DESIGN

The power supply unit is entirely composed of industrial components. It is equipped with two independent pump systems, each consisting of gear pumps with different tooth profiles (straight and skew). Thanks to the transparent inspection hatch, plastic partition, and internal tank illumination, the power supply unit enables visual analysis of fluid flow during system startup and in steady state.

ADVANCED MOBILE HYDRAULICS DRIVE STATION

Station for mobile hydraulic drives and mobile control systems in proportional technology - Iqan control system - Parker Hannifin.

MOBILE DRIVE STATION WITH LOAD SENSING SYSTEM

Mobile drive station, equipped with a drive system with a variable displacement pump and the Load Sensing (LS) control system.

UNIQUE TEACHING AIDS

During training we also use unique teaching elements and components:

  • cross-sections of all hydraulic system components prepared on our request
  • we perform workshop disassembly of components to show the classic effects of failure
SPECIALIZED TOOLS

Participants will learn and perform a series of exercises using professional industrial tools and measuring equipment. We provide:

  • Service Master Plus diagnostic recorder (Parker Hannifin) for measuring, among others, flow, temperature, pressure of the working fluid
  • portable HMG 3010 and HMG 4000 diagnostic recorders (manufactured by HYDAC) for measuring, among others, flow, temperature, pressure of the working fluid, together with a 5,7-inch color touch panel that enables clear presentation of measured values in various combinations
  • Portable equipment for monitoring the condition of hydraulic oils and fuel systems - Parker icount oil SamPler (iOS)
  • Parker Kittiwake – enables monitoring of machine condition. The set used during the training to test the physicochemical parameters of hydraulic fluids (kinematic viscosity, water content, acid number, base number), in accordance with the standards described in the technical documentation and marked on the front surface of the device console. Based on the analysis of the obtained results, the oil's suitability for further use is determined.
  • MHC - MHC bearing checker; monitors high-frequency acoustic emission signals generated naturally when rotating machinery deteriorates.
  • Heated viscometer - is a tool for monitoring oil condition, enabling informed operational and maintenance decisions for important installations and equipment. Use for: Providing early warning of many common problems, obtaining precise results with two readings at 40 and 50 degrees C (kinematic viscosity) and testing different types of oil.
  • FLIR thermal imaging camera used to detect hydraulic problems using infrared imaging.
  • many others
OIL FILTRATION AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FILLING STATION
The training station allows for the presentation of the following elements:
  • Proper maintenance of lubricant cleanliness.
  • Refilling the system with new oil without introducing contamination.
  • Safely release oil from the system.
  • Modifying the device for precise lubrication and oil management.
  • Replenishment of the system to maintain operational continuity.
  • Correct collection of oil samples for testing.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENT CATALOG

Our training labs are also equipped with an electronic catalog of hydraulic components available to trainees. Each component is marked with a barcode. Holding the barcode near an electronic reader instantly displays the catalog card for the component in question. This allows for quick component identification and access to detailed information, including specifications, technical parameters, and much more.

Software

During the classes, we present the possibilities and encourage the use of the software. Fluidsim-h. It is a well-known and appreciated learning solution construction, simulation, parameter analysis hydraulic and electrohydraulic control systems. This software enables analysis and flow of the medium through selected elements of the hydraulic system, determining pressure drops on valves in the system, determining speed and determining the operating parameters of actuators.
