Course objective:
After completing the training, the participant:- Knows and uses the functionalities of the GX Works 2 environment
- Can design and program the Mitsubishi Q controller in LAD (Simple Project) language
- Knows the architecture and configures the Q controller, uses monitoring and diagnostic functions
- Has the ability to handle binary and numeric variables, knows basic functions and commands

Laboratory equipment
Our laboratories feature modern equipment based on industrial-grade devices supplied by renowned manufacturers. Individual controller-based stations are available during the MTB-Q1 training. MELSEC-Q and executive stations containing: an air preparation system, a valve island with 4 electro-pneumatic valves 3/2, 5/2, 5/3, an executive system based on two actuators and a gripper, reed sensors informing about the status of the actuators’ extreme positions, a digital input/output system, an ON/OFF pulse switch, a light signal, and a safety switch.
Software
GX Works 2
GX Works consists of a variety of components that simplify project creation and maintenance tasks. A system project console has been added, allowing projects to be created during the system review phase. Furthermore, major programming languages are supported, and their labels (variables) are common, further simplifying programming. It also includes various debugging and maintenance features.
