Heidenhain iTNC530 controller

A multifunctional controller, oriented towards programming directly on the machine with contour control, dedicated to milling machines, drilling machines, boring machines and machining centers.

Controller characteristics:

• Optimized feed control.
• Short block processing time and special control strategies.
• The unified digital design and integrated digital drive control (including drive power supplies) enable very high machining speeds and maximum contour accuracy, especially when machining 2-D contours or 3-D forms.
• The DCM dynamic collision monitoring function provides cyclical checking for the possibility of collisions in the machine's workspace, including machine components and clamping systems.
• The Adaptive Feed Control (AFC) function enables automatic feed adjustment along a contoured path, depending on the current spindle power and data defined for the technological process. This solution ensures optimization of machining time, tool monitoring, and protection of the machine's mechanical components.

Programming and program preparation stations for HEIDENHAIN controls on a PC

Each student kit includes a controller keyboard that allows you to create, test, and optimize programs in smarT.NC mode (iTNC 530 only), HEIDENHAIN plain-language dialog, or DIN/ISO. The programming station significantly reduces machine downtime. Programming on the station is performed using the same keyboard as directly on the machine, with an identical key layout.

The programming station is based on the original control system software, ensuring full compatibility: NC programs created using the programming station can be run on any machine tool equipped with the appropriate control. The only requirement is that the station software version matches the version used on the machine.
