Course objective:
After completing the training, the participant:- Possesses knowledge in the field of parameterization of the SIMOCODE pro drive protection and control system
- Has the ability to use SIMOCODE ES software in the integrated TIA PORTAL environment

Laboratory equipment
Training rooms and laboratories - air-conditioned, large, and spacious. The student stations are expertly equipped. Individualized work is our priority, which is why we provide each trainee with a fully equipped, exclusive training station.
All work places are equipped with INDIVIDUAL computer stations with TIA Portal software.
The main element of the training is 2-PERSON SETS Training - 5 sets in the laboratory. These are the most modern trainers in Europe for configuring the Simocode pro controller. The sets include the following components.

SIMOCODE System – Intelligent Motor Control:
- SIMOCODE PRO V basic unit (3UF7011-1AB00-0) – motor controller, PROFINET support, OPC UA, web server.
- Current transformer modules (3UF7110-1AA01-0, 3UF7111-1AA01-0) – current and voltage measurement up to 690V.
- SIMOCODE operator panel (3UF7210-1AA01-0) – for monitoring and control.
- Expansion modules (3UF7300-1AB00-0, 3UF7320-1AB00-0) – additional digital inputs/outputs and safety modules.
- Memory module (3UF7901-0AA01-0) – saving and transferring parameters without a computer.
- System cabling (3UF7930-0AA00, 3UF7935-0AA00, 3UF7937-0BA00) – connections between the SIMOCODE unit and the modules.
Softstarters (motor starting):
- SIRIUS soft starter (3RW5513-1HF04) – facilitates a soft start of the motor (5,5 kW/400 V, inside delta 11 kW).
- PROFINET communication module (3RW5950-0CH00) – allows the soft starter to be integrated with the control system.
- Fan cover (3RW5983-0FC00) – cooling element for soft starters.
Electrical protection elements:
- SITOR fuse (3NE1815-0) – fast-acting fuse for circuit protection against short circuit, class GS, 25A, 690V AC.
- Fuse switch (3NP1123-1CA20) – for disconnecting electrical circuits, NH000, 3-pole, 160A, 690V AC.
- Motor circuit breakers (3RV2021-1GA10, 3RV2021-4AA10) – protect motors against overload and short circuit, thermal and short-circuit releases.
Contacts and contactors:
- Contactors (3RT2024-1BB40, 3RT2026-1BB40) – components for controlling electric motors, 24V DC, 5.5 kW and 11 kW, 400V AC.
- Surge arrester module (3RT2926-1JJ00) – protects contactors against surges.
- Connection modules and wiring kits (3RA2921-1BA00, 3RA2923-2AA1) – provide electrical and mechanical connection of circuit breakers/contactors.
Control and signaling elements (buttons, indicators):
- SIRIUS ACT illuminated control buttons (3SU1051-0AB20-0AA0, 3SU1051-0AB40-0AA0, 3SU1051-0AB60-0AA0) – red, green, white, 22mm, metal, spring-return.
