Open training They are a way for employees from different companies to jointly improve their skills in a given field. They are aimed at anyone interested in a given topic. These training programs present the latest solutions and trends in a given field. A key advantage of this form of training is the opportunity for participants to exchange experiences and thus expand their knowledge.
Trainings are held on a cyclical basis, and current dates and other information is provided six months in advance.
Training courses designed specifically for a specific company and intended exclusively for its employees, taking into account the nature and specificity of the given company. These courses may overlap in topic with one of our open training courses, but they may also include a compilation or a specific approach to a topic.
The company organizes training tailored to the client's needs and requirements. The training date and location are agreed upon with the client.
Contrary to popular belief, conducting in-person training can be less expensive for a company than sending employees to open training. In-person training is also more effective because the trainer agrees on the scope and specific skills participants will acquire before conducting it.
