Course Objective
Course objective:
- Is able to recognize hazards related to the operation of hydraulic systems and explain basic phenomena affecting safety
- Can identify typical damage to hydraulic hoses and connections and assess the risk of their continued use
- Is able to distinguish dangerous errors in the configuration and connection of hydraulic valves
- Knows how to prevent hydraulic injection and how to properly respond to the risks associated with high-pressure leaks
- Is able to assess the hazards resulting from the properties of the working medium (temperature, flammability, toxicity) and apply protective measures
- Is able to use checklists in accordance with PN-EN ISO 13849-2 and PN-EN ISO 4413:2011 to assess the safety of hydraulic systems

- Maintenance and service workers (hydraulic system service technicians, maintenance technicians, mechanics and electromechanics, hydraulic system assemblers, maintenance managers)

Laboratory equipment
The training rooms and laboratories are air-conditioned, large, and spacious. The student workstations are expertly equipped. Each participant has access to computer stations with simulation software, the latest product catalogs, hydraulic component cross-sections, and well-equipped laboratories for practical exercises.
Our training rooms and laboratories provide the opportunity to work on industrial hydraulic components and systems from the most popular manufacturers – PARKER Hannifin, BOSCH Rexroth, Manuli Fluiconnecto, HYDAC and PONAR WADOWICE.
During practical sessions, we utilize a variety of training stations. Depending on the level of the course, we provide different equipment for our students.
