We are proud to announce that EMT-Systems has won the top prize in the Service category of the 15th edition of the "Marka-Śląskie" competition. This is the second time we have received this prestigious distinction in this category! The award was accepted by President Grzegorz Wszołek at the 30th Anniversary Grand Gala of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gliwice. During this exceptional ceremony, he was also awarded the Honorary Badge of the Polish Chamber of Commerce. This is a special recognition of his contribution to the region's economic development and his commitment to establishing the highest standards in the technical services industry. During the ceremony at PreZero Arena Gliwice, distinguished representatives of the worlds of business, politics, science, and culture gathered. This year's Gala had a special character due to the 165th anniversary of the establishment of the first Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gliwice, which gave the event additional significance. It is a great honor for us to once again be among the winners of the Marka Śląskie competition, which for years has been promoting companies, organizations, and institutions from the Silesian Voivodeship that contribute to the region's development. The multi-faceted partnership between the Silesian University of Technology and EMT-Systems is an excellent example of how academic-industrial cooperation can contribute to the development of modern technical education. During the official celebration of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Day, our commitment was recognized – President Grzegorz Wszołek received the Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering's "Golden Leader" award. EMT-Systems was recognized for creating and supporting joint activities implemented with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering to promote science and business activities in the socio-economic environment in the 2023/2024 academic year. EMT-Systems wins the Polish Business Leader 2023 award – Third Diamond to the Golden Statuette The competition is nationwide. Participation is a privilege for Business Centre Club members. The aim of the competition is to recognize and promote businesses and their leaders for achieving strong financial results, demonstrating commitment to the country's economic development, and adhering to business ethics. It also aims to build a stable foundation for business operations, care for the natural environment, and engage in charitable activities and the BCC.

On November 30, 2023, during a gala at the Silesian Museum in Katowice, statuettes were awarded as part of the first edition of the Golden Hundred of the Silesian Voivodeship 2022 ranking. EMT-Systems won the distinction and the title of Development and Innovation Leader. The ranking highlights companies that not only achieve excellent financial results but also care for their employees, work for the local community, and stand out in development and innovation. The Golden Hundred of Silesian Voivodeship Enterprises 2022 is an important source of information on the condition and development of businesses in our region. "Transformation is, above all, education. Thank you for recognizing our contribution to the development and positive changes in the region," said Piotr Podgórski, Vice President of the Management Board and Director of Planning, Organization, and Product Development at EMT-Systems, who accepted the award. One of the highlights of the 2023 Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Day at the Silesian University of Technology was the presentation of "Outstanding Graduate" diplomas. This recognition recognizes graduates' professional achievements, commitment to community development, and the promotion of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Silesian University of Technology. Our training courses in the field of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) in construction were awarded in the next edition of the European Medal, organized by the Business Centre Club under the Honorary Patronage of the European Economic and Social Committee based in Brussels. This is the seventh such distinction for EMT-Systems courses. We were recognized for our comprehensive training approach, our unique and state-of-the-art station design, which allows for exercises at various skill levels, and our wide range of equipment, based on components from leading manufacturers. Our three practical renewable energy courses, which we have added to our training offering, prepare students for work related to the design and installation of PV systems, and the material covered aligns with certification exam requirements for installers. On September 12, 2022, we had the pleasure of participating for the first time in the annual SIDIRO conference, organized by Siemens Polska Low Voltage Department.

We have potential that we want to utilize in a wise, thoughtful, and systematic way, so that it benefits not only the company but also the residents of our city," says Grzegorz Wszołek.

During the anniversary celebrations 25th anniversary of the Silesian Lodge of the Business Centre Club, in the concert hall of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice, prestigious awards promoting regional entrepreneurship were presented: Silesian Business Cezary, Diamonds and State Decorations, as well as awards in gratitude to entrepreneurs known for their charitable activities and social involvement – Silesian Medals of Social Solidarity.

President Grzegorz Wszołek received the award Diamond for the Caesar of Silesian Business Statuette – a unique award for Silesian business leaders, and he himself presented a voucher for technical training at EMT-Systems worth PLN 50,000The voucher was awarded to representatives of the Scientific Student Association SNS Automatyk PWr at the Department of Power Electrical Engineering at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, as well as the Polish Championships of PLC Programmers. For over a dozen years now, socially responsible companies and partners of the Responsible Business Forum present checks, donations, and scholarships to organizations and institutions. Last year, as a result of the pandemic and the restrictions introduced, we established live interactive ON-LINE courses – with remote access to software and hardware located in our training laboratories.

This innovative idea was appreciated during the prestigious "Innovator of Silesia" Awards Gala, whose idea is to promote the most innovative entities from the Silesian Voivodeship. The gala was officially opened by Adam Neumann, Mayor of Gliwice, and Wiktor Pawlik, President of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gliwice. The most prestigious business club in Poland, Business Centre Club, has awarded us the title of Well-Seen Company for the second year in a row. The competition recognizes companies that conduct socially responsible business. We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the Polish Intelligent Development Award! The award was presented to us in the category "Innovative technologies of the future" for implementing training with the highest degree of practical activities through investments in the development of innovative infrastructure – including the construction of an ultra-modern plastics laboratory, 3D printing, power hydraulics i pneumatics, CNC and conventional machine tools, as well as the expansion industrial robot laboratory.

The aim of the competition, organized by the Business Centre Club, is to promote dynamically developing companies that achieve high economic results and are engaged in social and charitable activities. We are extremely proud of this distinction!     We owe our success to continuous development, a constant search for new solutions, and a passionate team of specialists. Our priorities are customer needs, openness to change, and following the trends set by leading industrial manufacturers. Social involvement is equally important to us – as part of the "We Share Knowledge" campaign, we have already organized over 50 free specialized EMT TOUR technical workshops. We are also pleased to be involved in numerous local initiatives, including helping children at community centers in Gliwice.

We are proud to announce another important award for EMT-Systems! The jury of the Stanisław Staszic Innovation Laurel 2018 competition awarded us a distinction for our training. TS8: Chemically and thermosetting composite materials – introduction to polymer chemistry, composite properties and methods of their production.

    The award was accepted by Piotr Podgórski, Director of Planning, Organization, and Product Development, during a gala at the NOT Warsaw House of Technology. The aim of the competition is to promote innovative products, technologies, services, and modern solutions that can accelerate Poland's socio-economic development!

We are pleased to announce that we are among the winners of the 29th edition of the European Medal organized by the Business Centre Club under the Honorary Patronage of the European Economic and Social Committee and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland!       This year the following were awarded: Industrial Robots – EMT-Systems training department, including courses in the operation and programming of industrial robots Kuka/FANUC/ABB and innovative training based on two integrated stations – the first built around a robot and a CNC machining machine, and the second – related to the cooperation of the robot with programmable logic controllers. These courses provide the opportunity to acquire the skills and competencies necessary to program and operate robotic, flexible manufacturing systems. By implementing them, we have contributed to reducing the competency gap among production and maintenance workers. In previous years, the European Medal was awarded to training courses in the following areas: Plastics and the course CNC1: CNC Operator/ProgrammerOn June 20, at a gala at the Grand Theatre – National Opera in Warsaw, Agata Rakotny, Head of the Marketing and Communications Department, received a diploma and a bronze medal.

Science and Technology Park "TECHNOPARK GLIWICE" This is a modern entrepreneurship support center with which we have been associated since its inception. Together, we have successfully organized numerous initiatives. We are proud to announce that we have once again received the "Partner of the Year" award from the President of Technopark. We received this award for, among other things, organizing EMT Tour trade fair events, supporting projects for young scientists, long-term collaboration, and active participation in charitable activities. Training Department Plastics, which comprises a set of eight innovative courses on a European scale, has been awarded the European Medal! This highlights the high quality of the courses in the field of plastics and confirms their dynamic development and innovative nature.

 

For 17 years, the European Medal has been awarded by the Business Centre Club to exceptional products and services that meet European standards. The winning company receives a diploma and a bronze medal.

The aim of the competition is to promote local business and regional entrepreneurship by selecting the best companies in the Silesian region. This is a unique distinction for Silesian business leaders and an expression of appreciation for their achievements.

The winners of the "Cezary Śląskiego Biznesu" competition are a galaxy of the most prominent companies known not only in Poland but also in Europe. They are ambassadors for the voivodeship – they represent Silesia not only as the largest potential market, but also as a huge, significant player in Poland, business intellectual potential.

On June 8, 2016, the European Medal Awards Ceremony took place at the Grand Theatre – National Opera in Warsaw. During the ceremony, Marek Goliszewski, President of the BCC, Professor Grażyna Majcher-Magdziak, Chairwoman of the Verification Committee, General Leon Komornicki, Member of the BCC Organizing Council, and Minister Jerzy Kwieciński, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Development, presented the Medals to the laureates. Grzegorz Wszołek, PhD, Eng, President of EMT-Systems, personally accepted the Medal awarded for the training. "CNC1: CNC Operator/Programmer".

The European Medal is a nationwide initiative organized by the BCC for 16 years under the patronage of the European Economic and Social Committee. The initiative aims to recognize and promote products and services offered by companies operating in Poland.

Poland's largest quality program, the Highest Quality QI 2016, is being implemented under the patronage of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the Polish Committee for Standardization, and the Polish Forum ISO 9000 Club. The highest award was given to EMT-Systems in the Services category, highlighting the high quality of its mechanical engineering training. The Program Jury highly appreciated and recognized its commitment to improving quality management procedures, as well as implementing an effective quality policy, taking into account its role in all aspects of operations, especially in services – the subject of the competition entry.

The competition jury paid particular attention to the company's individual approach to client needs, highly qualified training staff, and specialized equipment ensuring the excellent quality of services offered.
