We are proud to announce that EMT-Systems has won the top prize in the Service category of the 15th edition of the "Marka-Śląskie" competition. This is the second time we have received this prestigious distinction in this category!
The award was accepted by President Grzegorz Wszołek at the 30th Anniversary Grand Gala of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gliwice. During this exceptional ceremony, he was also awarded the Honorary Badge of the Polish Chamber of Commerce. This is a special recognition of his contribution to the region's economic development and his commitment to establishing the highest standards in the technical services industry.

During the official celebration of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Day, our commitment was recognized – President Grzegorz Wszołek received the Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering's "Golden Leader" award. On November 30, 2023, during a gala at the Silesian Museum in Katowice, statuettes were awarded as part of the first edition of the Golden Hundred of the Silesian Voivodeship 2022 ranking. EMT-Systems won the distinction and the title of Development and Innovation Leader.
The ranking highlights companies that not only achieve excellent financial results but also care for their employees, work for the local community, and stand out in development and innovation. The Golden Hundred of Silesian Voivodeship Enterprises 2022 is an important source of information on the condition and development of businesses in our region. The ranking was based on data for 2022, included in financial reports. Financial data was obtained from the National Court Register (KRS) through Dun & Bradstreet Poland Sp. z o.o. Companies with the highest net revenue in 2022 were recognized.
A meeting of the BCC Katowice Lodge "The Entrepreneur's Decalogue" was held at the Goldstein Villa in Katowice, during which European Medals were awarded – special distinctions issued to companies by the European Economic and Social Committee. This year, the award went to our company. TIA Portal Competence Zone. These are 22 trainings related to the programming design environment. The zone includes engineering courses in PLC programming, PLC programming languages, HMI and SCADA, drive techniques, industrial networks, as well as specialized training, including Safety Advanced.

One of the highlights of the 2023 Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Day at the Silesian University of Technology was the presentation of "Outstanding Graduate" diplomas. This recognition recognizes graduates' professional achievements, commitment to community development, and the promotion of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Silesian University of Technology.

Our training courses in the field of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) in construction were awarded in the next edition of the European Medal, organized by the Business Centre Club under the Honorary Patronage of the European Economic and Social Committee based in Brussels. This is the seventh such distinction for EMT-Systems courses.
We were recognized for our comprehensive training approach, our unique and state-of-the-art station design, which allows for exercises at various skill levels, and our wide range of equipment, based on components from leading manufacturers. Our three practical renewable energy courses, which we have added to our training offering, prepare students for work related to the design and installation of PV systems, and the material covered aligns with certification exam requirements for installers. The purpose of photovoltaic design and installation training: RES1, RES2, RES3 The aim of the competition is to prepare those aspiring to enter the photovoltaic industry, as well as to reinforce good installation and design practices among those already involved in the industry. The European Medal is a recommendation issued to distinguished products and services by the most important institution for entrepreneurs operating within the European Commission – the European Economic and Social Committee.

On September 12, 2022, we had the pleasure of participating for the first time in the annual SIDIRO conference, organized by Siemens Polska Low Voltage Department.
The conference also included an awards ceremony honoring collaboration with the Low Voltage Department. was the only company to be awarded in the category "Education in the field of Siemens products and solutions." On October 17, 2020, the Gala of the 11th edition ended at the Arena Gliwice sports and entertainment hall. "Brand-Silesia" Competition, during which Director Piotr Podgórski received for EMT-Systems the main prize in the SERVICE category.

The gala was officially opened by Adam Neumann, Mayor of Gliwice, and Wiktor Pawlik, President of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gliwice. The "Business of the Future 2015" certificate confirms our adherence to the highest standards in management, especially intellectual capital management. We have been recognized as a modern, passionately managed, creative, and flexible enterprise with a clear vision for the future.



EMT-Systems sp. z o. o. represents the "company employing 11 to 50 employees" certification category. As part of the company's evaluation process, reviewers analyzed the company's self-assessment questionnaire, information obtained from entities monitoring company credibility, information obtained from external stakeholders, and other information about the company. EMT-Systems was independently evaluated by two members of the Certification Committee.
The competition recognized that one of EMT-Systems' greatest strengths is its well-developed infrastructure, which plays a key role in ensuring high-quality specialized services. Therefore, we proudly and confidently provide our trainees with workstations used during training. In the jury's opinion, our Center's human resources and infrastructure, through their effective utilization, are a tangible asset to the company, implying strong demand for its services, and enabling us to provide clients with key competencies that meet highly specific needs in the fields of automation and mechatronics. The knowledge, skills, and competencies of our employees and trainers were recognized as an undeniable asset of our company.

On June 26, during a gala ceremony, EMT-Systems received the title:INNOSILESIA – is a brand awarded to enterprises and institutions for initiatives and activities aimed at increasing the innovation of our region.
