Our control cabinet mock-ups are enhanced with 39 series interface relays, modular relays, monitoring relays, intelligent timers, control cabinet thermostats, fan heaters, and switching power supplies.

It helps users and manufacturers of devices operating on PROFIBUS and PROFINET networks utilize the latest and greatest solutions and technologies. It provides members with ongoing access to knowledge and technical information.

JUMO JUMO is a leading manufacturer of components and systems for customized sensor and automation solutions. In addition to components for temperature, fluid analysis, pressure, level, flow, and humidity measurement, JUMO also focuses on automation challenges such as recording and monitoring, as well as control and automation. JUMO components at EMT-Systems support training in topics related to process automation and measurement.

Our cooperation with the company PARKER Hannifin It primarily involves contact with the actual manufacturer of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and components. Our teaching stations are equipped with, among other things, equipment supplied by the manufacturer. This allows our students to have direct contact with equipment used in industry.

Cooperation with the company RECTUS, the sole representative of the PNEUMAX brand in Poland, specializes in the use of equipment for training in industrial automation, including programming controllers, industrial networks, and pneumatics. This allows our trainees to have direct contact with equipment used in industry.

EMT-SYSTEMS cooperates with the company Balluff in equipping teaching stations with sensor technology and PROFIBUS and PROFINET industrial networks. These stations are widely used in many training courses organized by our center.

Our cooperation with the company ifm electronics involves using the company's equipment for training in industrial automation, including sensor technology, ASI industrial networking, and pneumatics. This allows our students to have direct contact with equipment used in industry.

Collaboration with TURCK Industrial Automation means, above all, contact with the actual manufacturer of industrial automation equipment and components. Our teaching stations are equipped with, among other things, equipment supplied by the manufacturer. This allows our students to have direct contact with equipment used in industry.

November 9, 2020 CEO of the Gliwice-based company WATER Artur Pollak and Grzegorz Wszołek, CEO of EMT-Systems, signed an agreement in which both companies committed to cooperation in areas such as technology transfer and the implementation of projects aimed at popularizing the concept of Industry 4.0. Based on a concept developed by EMT-Systems lecturers in collaboration with ARGO-HYTOS Polska, a power unit with a unique application was built. It will constitute a new, unique station in the EMT-Systems power hydraulics training laboratory. Its design is optimized for the operation of positive displacement units.

The power supply will be used during exercises related to pump diagnostics, working fluid filtration, designing hydraulic systems, and ultimately vibration diagnostics, and in the near future it will be implemented as a drive element of a hydraulic press under construction.

German brand products HYDAC They have been known in the Polish market since the 1960s. HYDAC is a pioneer in the development of hydraulics technology in Poland and Eastern Europe and a supplier of equipment for our Center's training laboratories. Thanks to our collaboration, students use real components and equipment from leading manufacturers during practical classes. Our teaching stations allow them to work with industrial equipment that reflects the components used in everyday work.

Compressor Production Company Airpol Sp. z o. o. is the largest Polish manufacturer of compressors, providing modern and efficient systems for producing and treating compressed air.

The company manufactures air and other gas compressors, blowers, tanks, nitrogen generators, selects compressed air treatment systems (filters, dryers, dehydrators, etc.) and installs compressed air installations.
