After completing the training, each participant receives a bilingual, personal certificate descriptively confirming the acquired skills in accordance with the system implemented at EMT-SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. quality management PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, supervised and certified by TUV Nord Poland.
Nothing speaks volumes about the value of a training program better than the opinions of those who have already participated. Check out our participants' reviews – find out what they appreciated most, what results they achieved, and why they recommend it to others.
We conduct training at our Automation and Robotics Training Center in Gliwice. We provide students with ABB industrial robots:
In addition to open and closed training sessions held at our headquarters, we also conduct courses at our clients' workplaces. These training sessions are characterized by:

Online robot programming training classes are conducted by experienced automation and robotics specialists with implementation experience in the largest industrial plants in Poland and abroad.
Participants of training sessions at our center receive unlimited access to the Cechownia Cafe coffee bar and a two-course lunch.

Each participant of our training receives AUTHOR'S TRAINING MANUAL adapted to the level of a given training: ABB Industrial Robot Programming – Level 2.
The materials are used during the training and constitute a compendium of knowledge for use in future professional work.
The educational value of the course, based on theoretical lectures, is important, but it's the practical sessions that provide the trainee with real-world skills. Therefore, it's crucial that each participant has access to real ABB industrial robots during the training. This allows them to observe these devices up close and test their functionality.
ABB's well-equipped training lab features robots such as the smallest universal robot, the ABB IRB120 with an IRC5 controller; the ABB IRB1200 industrial robot with an IRC5 compact controller with a payload capacity of up to 5 kg; and the ABB IRB2400 robot with an IRC5 controller for welding, cutting, grinding, and handling. Furthermore, it's worth checking whether each robotic cell is equipped with modules and systems that meet the latest standards.
The ABB Robot Programming and Operation Course is aimed at people who work in the manufacturing sector using robot functionality, as well as at anyone who would like to learn the operation, programming and configuration of ABB robots.
To participate in an ABB course, all you need is basic technical knowledge. This is essential to understand the operation of individual machines and automated devices. Participation is voluntary, so there is no skill level assessment. However, it's important to have at least a general understanding of automation and robotics concepts to maximize the benefits of the training.
Many centers also offer in-house training. These are aimed at both small and large companies and are typically held on-site. In-house courses allow for tailoring the training schedule to the specific needs of the client and their company's profile. These courses can be conducted using robots available at a given facility, preparing employees to operate specific equipment.
ABB courses provide fundamental knowledge about programming and operating an ABB robot. The training schedule is organized to allow participants to acquire condensed knowledge in the shortest possible time. Therefore, three days of practical and theoretical classes are sufficient for each participant to become familiar with the design and operation of the ABB robot system, be able to independently configure the station, tools, and machines, and master basic online programming techniques.
Technical training conducted in a suitable environment by robotics and automation specialists allows you to gain experience in operating and programming ABB robots. The effectiveness of ABB training typically depends on many different factors. If we want the time spent on the course to result in real-world qualifications in the future, we must pay particular attention to the professional experience of the instructors and the amount of practical exercises on modern industrial robots.
The ABB course prepares participants for work as programmers and operators of industrial automation equipment. The skills acquired during the training can be translated into specific competencies valued in the job market.
Knowledge of general principles of robot operation, the ability to work safely in both manual and automatic modes, operating the console, controlling logic, setting motion instruction parameters, and correcting positions – after a multi-day ABB course, the participant should possess all of these skills. A certificate confirming this can be an important advantage during recruitment for industrial plants utilizing the potential of robots.
The price for a 3-day course in the operation, programming, and commissioning of ABB robots is currently approximately PLN 2700 net. Anyone who chooses an ABB course at the Gliwice training center will receive a full package of benefits. The greatest advantage of these courses is the opportunity to work with a real ABB industrial robot. Furthermore, at every stage of the training, participants have access to the knowledge and experience of trainers who share their experience in modern robotic systems.
Most training centers prepare extensive training materials for their students. These often serve as an important compendium of knowledge that can be referenced even after the course has ended. Additional benefits include writing materials, company merchandise (lanyard, mug, training catalog), and access to a coffee bar.
A key element of every ABB robotics course is a personalized, bilingual certificate, awarded immediately after the course. It should include a complete training plan and a list of skills acquired during the course.
