Training objectives

Training program
1. Introduction, analysis of parts to be machined, tools, basic options:
- User interface organization
- Customizing toolbars
- Explanation of the scheme in project development
- Overview and structure of the operation tree
- Creating assemblies
- Library of materials and tools
Certificate
After completing the training, each participant receives a bilingual, personal certificate descriptively confirming the acquired skills in accordance with the system implemented at EMT-SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. quality management PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, supervised and certified by TUV Nord Poland.
Our laboratory
Training rooms and laboratories are equipped with powerful computers, air conditioning, and teaching aids. Each participant has a computer station with the latest versions of NX CAD/CAM/CAE installed.Additionally, students have access to a 5-axis Mitsubishi M830W CNC machining center (4+1 axis) – TCP - G43.4. Using this machine with dedicated postprocessors allows students to produce their models on the fly. This is a perfect combination of automation and optimization of the production process in NX CAM with the ability to produce a finished product.

Hardware and software used
