Meet the experts from the Common Rhythm of the Factory conference!
HR and Maintenance are increasingly facing the same challenges, just looking at them from different perspectives. During the conference Common Factory Rhythm | HR & UR DAYS You'll get the perspective of those working with manufacturing, technology, consulting, and industrial companies. - Marcin Podsiadły – an expert in industrial automation, PLC, HMI/SCADA, and programming standards. Author of a book on industrial automation and winner of the Polish PLC Programmers Championship.

- Jakub Duda – CTO of AI products at co.brick. Designs AI solutions for industry, service desk, knowledge management, and process optimization.
- Rafał Bałaga – CEO of co.brick, entrepreneur, and technology leader. He develops AI solutions for industry, maintenance, and knowledge management in organizations.
- Jakub Kocjan – Lean Management and Continuous Improvement expert. He supports organizations in optimizing processes, eliminating waste, and developing a Lean culture.
- Henry Metz – Lean Management, Systems Engineering, and Process Transformation Expert. Specializes in VSM, Lean Product Development, Six Sigma, and Complex Project Management.
- Anna Król – UR session moderator, deputy director of the EMT-Systems Customer Service Department. She supports customer communication and the organization of activities related to the development of technical competencies.

Modern industry today requires not only experience but, above all, the continuous development of technical competences and practical skills. Dynamic technological changes, the increasing automation of production processes, and ever-increasing market demands make investing in knowledge a key element of the professional development of industrial professionals.
In response to these needs, EMT-Systems has prepared further editions of specialized technical training courses, aimed at both those just starting out in the industry and experienced employees looking to expand their skills. During the first-ever Wspólny Rhythm Fabryki HR & UR DAYS conference in Poland, experts will demonstrate how to effectively combine the competencies of HR and maintenance departments to increase the efficiency of manufacturing organizations.

Common Rhythm of the Factory – the first conference in Poland combining HR and maintenance
On May 28-29, the first-ever Common Rhythm of the Factory: HR & UR DAYS conference in Poland will be held at the EMT-Systems Engineering Training Center. The event will bring together specialists in human resources management and maintenance, demonstrating how effective collaboration between these departments impacts the efficiency of modern manufacturing plants.
The conference program was designed with industry practitioners in mind, focusing on specific solutions and expert experiences.
