Gliwice Engineering Training Center EMT-Systems would like to invite you to four selected training courses that will take place in the second half of May.
Modern industry today requires not only experience but, above all, the continuous development of technical competences and practical skills. Dynamic technological changes, the increasing automation of production processes, and ever-increasing market demands make investing in knowledge a key element of the professional development of industrial professionals.
In response to these needs, EMT-Systems has prepared further editions of specialized technical training courses, aimed at both those just starting out in the industry and experienced employees looking to expand their skills. The course curricula are based on practical industrial applications and the real-world challenges encountered in the daily work of engineers, automation specialists, maintenance technicians, and machine operators.
Choose practice, modern technologies, and knowledge delivered by industry experts. See you at EMT-Systems training!

On May 28th and 29th, the EMT-Systems Engineering Training Center in Gliwice will host a unique meeting of specialists in human resources management and industrial engineering. During the first-ever Wspólny Rhythm Fabryki HR & UR DAYS conference in Poland, experts will demonstrate how to effectively combine the competencies of HR and maintenance departments to increase the efficiency of manufacturing organizations.
The two-day event was designed for industry practitioners who are responsible for both employee development and the reliability of production processes on a daily basis. Although HR and maintenance departments often operate in separate areas of the organization, in reality they are highly interdependent – maintenance ensures the continuity of machinery and process stability, while HR ensures the competence and development of the people who support these processes.
Conference Common Rhythm of the HR & UR DAYS Factory aims to demonstrate how these two worlds can effectively collaborate to support the development of modern production facilities. The event program focuses on specific solutions and practical experiences from experts.
In addition to the conference portion, EMT-Systems has also prepared practical workshops. To celebrate EMT-Systems' first large-scale conference, the first day of the conference will conclude with a team-building banquet.
As the organizers emphasize, HR and maintenance are like two interlocking cogs in the mechanism of any factory. Only their conscious collaboration allows us to build effective, modern, and profitable enterprises.
The Common Rhythm of the Factory HR & UR DAYS conference will take place on May 28-29 at EMT-Systems' headquarters in Gliwice, the Gliwice Science and Technology Center Cechownia at Bojkowska Street 35A. Organizers invite everyone to participate in the first conference of its kind in Poland. Registration for the conference is now open, and the first, cheapest tickets will be available until March 31.

Modern industrial automation requires working in coherent, integrated environments. Solutions that integrate control, motion, safety, and HMI as a single system are becoming the standard in machine and production line design. One such environment is OMRON's Sysmac Studio..
The EMT-Systems Engineering Training Center is developing your OMRON education based on Sysmac Studio and NX102 controllers. Our education is designed as a competency development path that teaches systems thinking and prepares for real-world industrial applications.
Discover our OMRON NX102 Training – Level 1 and Level 2: https://emt-systems.pl/omron.html
This is the next stage of our educational campaign and a natural extension of the topics covered during the free EMT TOUR conference: Modern control systems from OMRON – practical applications in the Sysmac Studio environment. You're welcome!

Transformation isn't just about technology. It's about specialists and their skills, which is why we're so appreciative of how Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Gliwice consistently communicates and implements changes that impact not only infrastructure and energy sources, but also the development of technical and engineering staff.
In the latest episode of the Grzejemy TEMAT podcast, what we at EMT-Systems Engineering Training Center have been repeating for years is very clearly heard: no transformation – neither energy nor digital – will happen without a conscious investment in the knowledge and practical competences of the staff.
We also view the Green Energy Park initiative with great interest and appreciation. This project is truly transforming the local energy ecosystem, including in a very practical sense.
Our Gliwice headquarters are now part of the PEC-Gliwice Sp. z o.o. energy ecosystem, which directly impacts our operations and our approach to infrastructure, education, and technological responsibility.
We congratulate Kuczyńska-Budka, the mayor of Gliwice and head of the PEC-Gliwice company, and Krzysztof Szaliński, the company’s helmsman and one of the key figures in this transformation, on the consistency and direction of Kuczyńska’s actions.
We would also like to thank Piotr Podgórski for inviting him to participate in the conversation and for giving him the opportunity to show the role that real, practical technical education plays in the transformation processes of enterprises.
If you are interested in how PEC Gliwice combines technological changes, renewable energy sources and the development of team competences, it is worth listening to this episode.

After starting OMRON education based on NX102 controllers and Sysmac Studio environment, EMT-Systems invites you to the next stage – free EMT TOUR conference on OMRONThis is a natural continuation of the collaboration that began in September and the first time participants can see its results.

In September, we announced EMT-Systems' collaboration with OMRON, a global leader in industrial automation. Today, we're taking another, very concrete step: launching a real-world education program based on OMRON technologies.
Integrated environments like Sysmac Studio are transforming the way automation engineers work. PLC, motion, safety, HMI, and communications now function in a single ecosystem—but only when backed by real knowledge and practice.
That is why at EMT-Systems we consistently develop our education in the field of modern industrial automation.
We implement OMRON NX102 systems and work in the Sysmac Studio environment as a coherent path to building competences, not a one-off training.
