Project title: “Increasing the company’s potential through investment in the construction and equipment of a training center.” The main goal of the project is to increase the company's potential by building and equipping a modern training center. The planned investment will be implemented in two main stages:

Work will be carried out on the construction of a new, two-story building with an area of 1,839 m2, which will house 15 specialized training rooms (laboratories) for the organization of courses.
The above training rooms are equipped with top-class devices and software to develop the practical skills of participants.

Our clients include numerous mining companies, and the applicant has extensive experience working with this industry. By implementing this project, we will be able to offer mines a comprehensive range of vocational retraining options for retiring miners, and EMT-Systems will have the potential to become a training hub where they can acquire knowledge and competencies aligned with the needs of a modern, environmentally friendly, and competitive regional economy.

The amount of the contribution from European Funds - PLN 9,076,305.32

Source of financing: Just Transition Fund.

The project is co-financed under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 (FE SL 2021-2027) programme, measure FESL.10.03-Support for SMEs in transformation.

Construction of the EMT-Systems building has begun!

At the beginning of the year, work began on the construction of a new EMT-Systems training building,
This will house 15 modernly equipped classrooms. This is an important step in the development of our center, enabling the introduction of new training courses and raising the standard of existing courses.

We have always focused on practice, and thanks to this investment, we will further strengthen our practical teaching model, offering comfortable conditions for acquiring skills in an environment as close to the real work of an engineer as possible. After completing the construction and equipping the laboratories, EMT-Systems will introduce 13 new training courses in the following areas:

Computer-controlled CNC machines with particular emphasis on programming using native digital control and digital twins,

Industrial Robots including programming using cloud controller functions and integration with PLC,

Industrial Drive Techniques expanding the current offer with advanced drive technologies,

Renewable Energy Sources including heat pumps and energy storage,

electromobility
and Modern Transport covering a comprehensive approach to the construction and operation of electric vehicles and charging stations.

EMT-Systems' new training facility represents a key investment in the development of technical competencies. Modern laboratories, advanced technologies, and access to innovative tools will allow our students to more effectively combine theory with practice and prepare for the challenges of the mining industry and the future. Nowe Gliwice is a dynamically developing area with enormous potential – an ideal location for companies with a long-term vision, so the decision to build a second building here was a natural choice for us. The modern surroundings and excellent transport links provide us with ideal conditions for organizing training for over 12,000 people a year.
