Laboratory of Machine Diagnostics, Bearing Design and Operation

The training rooms and laboratories are air-conditioned, large, and spacious. High-quality training stations allow participants to become familiar with the types and construction of bearings, assembly and disassembly methods, and bearing lubrication and sealing methods. Participants will also learn techniques for diagnosing bearings, machines, and devices. During the training, students have access to:

• real bearings allowing you to become familiar with their varieties and structure
• a set of tools and devices for mounting and dismounting rolling bearings (mechanical, thermal and hydraulic methods)
• high-class training stations enabling trainees to become familiar with assembly and disassembly methods
• demonstration stations for practical illustration of bearing lubrication and sealing methods
• devices for diagnosing rolling and sliding bearings (vibration recorders, vibrometer pens, oscilloscopes, endoscopic cameras, industrial stethoscopes).

To supplement theoretical classes, we use demonstration stations for mounting and dismounting bearings using various techniques and tools.

Tools and devices for mounting and dismounting rolling bearings

We provide students with: punches, induction heater, internal pullers, mechanical puller, hydraulic pullers, mechanical "unsticker", hydraulic nuts.

Devices for diagnosing rolling and sliding bearings

We provide students with: vibration recorders, vibrometer pens, oscilloscopes, endoscopic cameras, and industrial stethoscopes.
