Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC Although it is addressed primarily to machine manufacturers, it also contains some requirements that are important for users, especially those modernizing and introducing modifications to the functions and principles of operation of machines and technical devices.
Participants during the training receive information on the operation of machinery and technical equipment subject to conformity assessment, in accordance with the Act of 30 August 2002 on the conformity assessment system and the implementing provisions of the Act, based on the Machinery Directive and other related New Approach directives.
Tools Directive 2009/104/EC harmonizing minimum requirements for the operation of machinery, technical devices, and work equipment. This directive replaced the three previously applicable directives: 89/655/EEC, 95/63/EC, and 2001/45/EC, simplifying the understanding of minimum requirements and facilitating understanding of the necessary adaptation of machinery and technical devices to the minimum requirements. In national conditions, the application of the directive should be supplemented by industry-specific regulations concerning the operation of machinery and technical devices in the work environment.
Participants during the training receive information on the need to adapt machinery and technical equipment to the minimum and other requirements regarding the operation of technical equipment (in accordance with the Regulation of 26 September 1997 on general occupational health and safety regulations and legal regulations implementing Directives 89/391/EEC and 2009/104/EC).
