Course objective:

Can use the richness of Lean methodology to develop organizational efficiency
Knows basic Lean tools
Knows the structure of business indicators and methods of their use
Skillfully builds process indicators
Knows the importance of process and flow
Is able to recognize waste and create added value
Effectively utilizes human potential in Lean management

Laboratory equipment

Training is conducted in the laboratories of the EMT-Systems Engineering Training Center or at the customer's premises.

During the course, we utilize modern media. Practical sessions are conducted through workshop exercises, simulations, and games. An integral part of on-site training is the active use of actual production lines, workstations, and areas subject to LEAN implementation. workshop part in the company's production areas.
