Pneumatics laboratory

The Pneumatics Laboratory is equipped with six independent assembly tables containing components from companies such as:

• Parker, ORIGA Parker, Festo, Rexroth, Pneumax/Rectus, PIAB, NORGREN, BIMBA Pneumatics, SMC (in the field of pneumatic and electropneumatic control and actuator systems)
• IFM, BALLUFF, Relpol, SIEMENS, Pneumax (in the field of industrial sensors, relay systems, control systems and valve islands)

The studio equipment includes:

• executive systems: single- and double-acting actuators, rodless linear actuators, grippers, multi-position shuttle tables with end-position damping, standardized multi-position actuators
• 3/2, 5/2, 5/3 type diverter valves activated:
  • manually
  • mechanically
  • pneumatically
  • electrically
• check valves and non-return throttle valves, quick drain valves, throttle valves, pressure reducing valves, safety valves
• logic valves (conjunction, alternative) in classic versions and for installation on DIN rails
• pneumatic time valves and pneumoelectric transducers
• proportional pressure regulators
• elements of vacuum technology:
  • vacuum generators
  • suction cups
• optical, inductive, capacitive sensors

The stations for learning the synthesis of pneumatic and electropneumatic systems also include the following modules:

• monostable and bistable buttons (equipped with sets of normally open NO and normally closed NC contacts)
• relays (enabling the synthesis of indirect valve control systems) equipped with sets of normally open NO and normally closed NC contacts)
• multifunctional time relays with functions:
  • delayed switch-on
  • contact-controlled delayed switch-off
  • switching on for the set time
  • single switching on for a set time triggered by closing the control contact
  • symmetrical cyclical operation starting with a break or activation
  • generation of a 0,5 second pulse after the set time has elapsed
  • switching on for the set time when triggered by opening the control contact
  • delayed switching on and off controlled by a contact
  • cyclic operation controlled by closing the control contact
• visual and acoustic indicators of operating status
• pneumatic counter
• valves for installation on panels
• passive sensor input concentrators and pneumatic actuator reed switches

The station equipment allows for the production of complex pneumatic and electropneumatic systems.

A unique element is the wide range of equipment varieties (from universal pneumatics, through valve islands, to Heavy-Duty valve varieties used in the harshest operating conditions).

Designed and constructed with the help of trainers, mobile stations enable detailed knowledge of issues related to pneumatic and electropneumatic systems.

We have two mobile sets made using Pneumax components. The stations are equipped with pneumatic actuators, control systems, and electropneumatic valves for conducting Industrial Pneumatics training at levels P1 to P5 at the client's premises. Participants can freely combine actuators. The mobile laboratory allows for practical application of the theoretical content taught during the training.
