CNC machining training
To conduct practical training, it is necessary to prepare the machine tool and the material to be processed. Cutting and measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauge blocks will also be required.
Fastening elements appropriate for the prepared material must also be provided. It is also possible to perform machining on components that will later be processed in-house.Training rooms with an area of approximately 150m2, air-conditioned, large and spacious. students have been specially equipped. Each participant has access to the latest tool catalogsInstalled cameras display the current operation of the machines via a projector.
Our training rooms provide the opportunity work on real industrial machine tools based on the most popular drivers – SINUMERIK, FANUC, Heidenhain and OKUMA.
During practical classes, we utilize our own diverse machinery. Depending on the course level and group size, we provide the following fleet of machining machines to our students:
Our trainers are industry representatives with extensive practical experience. They focus on delivering knowledge focused on specific examples of problems encountered in the use of numerically controlled machines. They have conducted numerous CNC and CAD/CAM implementations and training courses.
