To conduct practical training, it is necessary to prepare the machine tool and the material to be processed. Cutting and measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauge blocks will also be required.

Fastening elements appropriate for the prepared material must also be provided. It is also possible to perform machining on components that will later be processed in-house.

Laboratory equipment

During the practical portion of the on-site training, we utilize the machine tools and machinery available within the company's machinery park. We can work based on the plant's technical documentation. During the practical portion of the training at our Training Center, we provide:

Training rooms with an area of approximately 150m2, air-conditioned, large and spacious. students have been specially equipped. Each participant has access to the latest tool catalogsInstalled cameras display the current operation of the machines via a projector.

Our training rooms provide the opportunity work on real industrial machine tools based on the most popular drivers – SINUMERIK, FANUC, Heidenhain and OKUMA.
