Laboratory equipment

The training rooms and laboratories are air-conditioned, large, and spacious. The student workstations are specially equipped. Each participant has access to an individual station designed for learning and solving industrial tasks based on the use of a controller Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200, operator panels and TIA Portal software.

Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 CONTROLLERS with input/output cards:

Each training participant has an individual training station at their disposal, intended for learning tasks and industrial solutions based on the use of the controller. Siemens S7-1200The training station consists of a controller equipped with digital and analog input/output modules, connected to a digital and analog input and output signal simulator.

SIEMENS S7-1200 controller:

75 KB working memory
14 digital inputs (6 can work as fast counters)
10 digital outputs (4 fast, 100 kHz)
2 analog inputs
integrated ETHERNET - PROFINET
each controller has an attached SB1232 module - containing analog outputs with a resolution of 12 bits

Additionally, the controller is equipped with a controller containing:

8 buttons for input signals
potentiometer adjusting the analog input voltage range
analog input voltage value display
analog output voltage value display

SIMATIC KTP700/600 BASIC COLOR operator panel PN:

Each training participant has at their disposal an individual training station intended for learning industrial tasks and solutions based on the SIMATIC KTP700/600 BASIC COLOR PN operator panel, integrated with the Siemens S7-1200 controller.

SIMATIC HMI TP1500 COMFORT operator panel, Touch Panel with PROFINET and MPI/PROFIBUS DP INTERFACE:

Each training participant has an individual training station at their disposal, designed for learning industrial tasks and solutions based on the SIMATIC HMI TP1500 COMFORT operator panel with PROFINET and MPI/PROFIBUS DP INTERFACE.

Software

SIEMENS TIA Portal V19 is the next version of the integrated design environment that supports solving engineering tasks by including all the necessary software packages in one place:

STEP7 for programming PLC controllers,
WinCC for creating visualizations for HMI operator panels and SCADA systems,
STEP7 Safety for preparing a safety program,
Startdrive for operating SINAMICS series drive units,
And many others, such as SiVArc and TestSuite.

The latest software version brings further improvements to the operating environment, expanded design and diagnostic tools, a suite of new system functions, and changes to technological objects. The following languages can be used to program PLC controllers:

Function Block Diagram (FBD)
Programming Sequence Control (GRAPH)
Structured Control Language (SCL)
Statement List (STL)

The biggest changes concern the modern WinCC Unified visualization platform, technological objects for Motion Control, user management in PLC projects, as well as optional packages of the TIA Portal environment, such as SIMATIC Robot Library, PLCSIM and Multiuser.
