Training objectives:

After completing the training, the participant has knowledge of:

Selection of engineering materials in terms of design, construction and operation of injection and pressure molds
Application of technological operations in heat, thermochemical and surface treatment dedicated to the design, construction and operation of injection and pressure moulds
Modeling of technological TWW surface layers that increase the service life of injection and pressure molds in industrial applications

Target group:

The training is intended for people who want to systematize or deepen their knowledge of the design of injection and pressure molds in terms of the selection of engineering materials used in heat, thermochemical and surface treatment technologies, as well as the modeling of technological TWW surface layers.

Our experts

The instructors have extensive technical knowledge stemming from many years of experience in tool shops operating, maintaining, and repairing injection molds. The knowledge imparted is based on experience gained from solving real-world problems in plastic injection molding facilities.

Our trainers are open to suggestions from our students. During training, we often explore topics that deviate from the standard curriculum, addressing specific aspects of the students' work.

The completed courses also lead to the establishment of cooperation between EMT Systems Sp. z o. o. and representatives of industrial plants in the areas of: design, modernization, and diagnostics of machine systems and technological lines.
