Training program
The training requires basic programming knowledge. Practical exercises address the issue of quickly changing sensor process parameters. New configuration file standards and project creation for SIEMENS PLC systems using IO-Link devices from companies such as ifm electronic, Balluff, Siemens, and Pepperl-Fuchs are discussed.
Certificate
Upon completion of the training, each participant receives a bilingual, personalized certificate descriptively confirming the acquired skills in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 quality management system implemented at EMT-SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. , supervised and certified by TUV Nord Polska.

Our laboratory
Training is conducted in the modern SENSOR AND INDUSTRIAL NETWORKS LABORATORY, where participants have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with IO-Link modules, sensors, and industrial monitors from various manufacturers. A wide range of automation equipment allows for individual work, independent connection, and commissioning of IO-Link sensor systems.Hardware and software used

- IO-Link masters with Profinet interface from IFM
- 1-segment signal lamps controlled via IO-Link and binary inputs
- Multiple sensors and network components

- signal concentrators with IO-Link interface
- SmartLight column diodes
- Heartbeat® power supplies with IO-Link interface

- IO-Link Wireless network masters
- Profinet network modules.
Software
SIEMENS TIA Portal V19 is the next version of the integrated design environment that supports solving engineering tasks by including all the necessary software packages in one place:
- STEP7 for programming PLC controllers,
- WinCC for creating visualizations for HMI operator panels and SCADA systems,
- STEP7 Safety for preparing a safety program,
- Startdrive for operating SINAMICS series drive units,
- And many others, such as SiVArc and TestSuite.
