Course program
- Basics, capabilities and limitations of the IO-Link interface
- Determining the proper power supply, process connections, and wiring methods
- Basic parameters, system components, necessary software
- Support for IODD files and configuration of parameters for optical sensors, temperature and flow monitors, proximity sensors and rotation angle encoders
- Launching the application using Profinet - IO-Link communication modules,
- Independent configuration of the application controlling the parameters of the selected sensor using the Siemens TIA Portal software.
Laboratory equipment
Training is conducted in the modern SENSOR AND INDUSTRIAL NETWORKS LABORATORY, where participants have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with IO-Link modules, sensors, and industrial monitors from various manufacturers. A wide range of automation equipment allows for individual work, independent connection, and commissioning of IO-Link sensor systems.
