Internships and apprenticeships

The numerous internship programs we have implemented have helped many people get a head start in their careers, and have often become the starting point for developing international careers.

The EMT-Systems Engineering Training Center has been operating since 2006. For over 18 years, we have been operating under a consistent quality policy, striving to continually refine and expand our technical and engineering training offerings delivered by our specialists. We also strive to provide our students with the most comfortable learning environment possible, based on both theoretical and practical aspects.

Thanks to the growing popularity of our courses i student satisfaction, EMT-Systems is expanding its team of specialists by engaging more and more people. The numerous internship programs we have implemented have helped many individuals launch their careers and marked a significant step in career development by enhancing their competencies and skills in areas such as:

As part of our programs, we have collaborated with, among others:

During our activity on the training market in Poland, we have participated in many internship programs, and we also constantly support students and doctoral students through the following projects:

• "Starting Point", implemented with European Union funds under the European Social Fund,
• "Improving the attractiveness and quality of vocational education", carried out in cooperation with Technical School No. 4 in Bytom,
• “Making classes in the field of Automation and Robotics more attractive at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology”, carried out in cooperation with the Silesian University of Technology,
• "Engineer without borders – modern forms of education based on transnational cooperation", also carried out in cooperation with the Silesian University of Technology,
• "TOP Engineer"
• "Engineers 4.0"
• "Three Minute Thesis 3MT", carried out in cooperation with the Silesian University of Technology,

and also through:

• Student and graduate internships
• Graduate internships
• Cooperation with secondary schools

A significant portion of our team who worked at EMT-Systems were former interns and apprentices.
