Training objectives

After completing the training, the participant:
  • Is able to explain basic concepts and terminology related to cybersecurity system management and is familiar with current regulations
  • Understands the purpose, scope and requirements of the new NIS 2 Directive and is able to classify an entity in accordance with EU guidelines
  • Is able to identify the responsibilities and requirements for implementing and managing a security system in accordance with NIS 2, including risk management, supply chain security and cyber hygiene
  • Knows the legal consequences of non-compliance with NIS 2 requirements, can identify those responsible and understands the responsibilities of management and the principles of enforcement
  • Able to handle cybersecurity incidents, including their proper reporting and providing the required information
  • Is able to develop and implement business continuity plans and procedures for dealing with critical situations
