Funding from the National Training Fund
WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The National Training Fund is a very effective form of supporting entrepreneurs across the country by co-financing training undertaken by employees on the initiative or with the consent of the employer.
National Training Fund is part of the Labor Fund. It was created to support employers and their employees in adapting their competencies and qualifications to the dynamically developing market. The aim of the KFS is to provide continuing education to employees in enterprises, but also to entrepreneurs themselves. Participation in numerous trainings is an excellent way to stay afloat in a volatile market. KFS has been operating since 2014 and has already co-financed numerous training courses and helped train thousands of employees.
Participation in training increases competitiveness of companies, as well as employees and employers, which in turn helps minimize unemployment and reduces employee turnover.
Funding from the KFS is based on the principle de minimis aid – This is a non-repayable subsidy for entrepreneurs. It is granted by the District Employment Office. Entrepreneurs interested in this form should contact the office with jurisdiction over the company's registered office, as indicated on the registration form.
HOW MUCH CAN YOU GAIN?
The staroste may grant funding:
- Applicants employing up to 9 people or not employing any employees – up to 90% of costs, no more than 200% of the average salary in a given year per participant
- Applicants employing at least 10 people – up to 70% of costs, no more than 200% of the average salary in a given year per participant
The maximum annual amount of KFS funds for one applicant is:
- 4 times the average salary – for entities employing up to 9 people
- 8 times – for those employing from 10 to 49 people
- 12 times – for those employing from 50 to 249 people
- 14 times – for those employing 250 or more people
WHO CAN BENEFIT?
KFS funds can be used by entities that: for at least 6 months before submitting the application, they paid contributions to the Labour Fund or are exempt from this fee by operation of law. These may be:
- employees
- employer
- individuals running a business
- persons providing services under civil law contracts
Excluded entities: e.g. arrears in payments, state of liquidation, unsettled public law liabilities.
HOW IT'S WORKING?
Employer:

- Checks the application deadline on the website of the District Employment Office (PUP) appropriate for the place of business or company branch.
- Downloads all documentation and reads the KFS regulations.
- Get to know our training offer and checks the compliance with at least one priority for spending KFS funds (within the basic limit or KFS reserve, depending on the announced call for applications).
- Contact with our Customer Service Department in order to obtain a training offer and other documents necessary to submit to the PUP.
- Completes the application along with attachments and submits the complete documentation to the relevant PUP within the recruitment deadline (in electronic form in accordance with the regulations).
- Waiting for a positive decision and signing of the contract with PUP.
- Contact our Customer Service Department and confirms participation in the training.
- Receives a transfer from the PUP.
- Participates / Delegate his/her employees to participate in the training.
- Pays the invoice for participation in the training.
- Provides documentation to the Public Employment Agency for the purpose of settling the service.

You can earn money for open, closed, group and individual continuing training.
It is also important to follow individual regulations in each Employment OfficesSome require extensive documentation, including an indication of competing training courses along with a justification for the criteria taken into account in the selection process.
If the employer does not provide complete documentation, his application may be rejected due to formal deficiencies.
Funding from the Development Services Database (BUR)
WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Continuous professional development is key to increasing your competitiveness in the job market. Training for each department at EMT-Systems can be funded through various grants and projects.
The BUR Development Services Database is a nationwide, free online platform containing a register of development services, administered by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. The Development Services Database allows participants to independently select the service that best meets their needs.
HOW MUCH CAN YOU GAIN?
You can receive up to 95% funding depending on the project.
WHO CAN BENEFIT?
The funding is available to employers, their employees, and individuals interested in improving their competences.

EDUCATION LOANS
WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy's interest-free education loan program covers vocational training and specialized courses, among other things. Under this initiative, students can receive up to PLN 75,000 in repayable support at no additional cost. It's also possible to have up to 50% of the loan amount forgiven.
