Artur POLLAK

A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology, majoring in Electronics, with a specialization in Computer Control Systems. He has 15 years of experience implementing and designing control systems for industrial processes for VW, GM, Daimler, and Siemens. He served as a technical consultant during the construction of the VW Poznań factory and is responsible for the standardization and optimization of the plant's production process. He currently serves as President of the Management Board of APA Sp. z o.o. and APA Innovative Sp. z o.o. He is also a member of the Program Council of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology.

Artur SADZIK

An experienced manager with 25 years of experience in the IT industry, he has co-authored projects for the industrial and energy sectors, utilizing innovative IT tools such as GIS and BigData, implemented in manufacturing, maintenance, and retail.

Maciej WALCZAK

Automation specialist. He conducts training and coordinates the support department. Specializations: BMS systems, SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 control systems, SIMATIC HMI visualization, and PROFIBUS and PROFINET industrial networks. Graduate of the Faculty of Automation and Robotics at the Silesian University of Technology.

Sebastian TEMICH

PhD in automation, electronics, and electrical engineering. A specialist in artificial intelligence and machine learning for industrial applications. In his daily work, he focuses on the use of artificial intelligence methods in preventive diagnostics of production processes.

Damian GĄSIOREK

Damian Gąsiorek, PhD, DSc, Eng., is a professor at the Silesian University of Technology and Vice-Dean for Cooperation and Development at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Since 2016, he has been involved in the development of Industry 4.0 in Poland. He co-founded the Silesian Center for Industry 4.0 Competence, where he served as an expert. He co-authored training courses for Industry 4.0 Leaders and currently teaches classes on implementing Industry 4.0 concepts in MBA programs. He is passionate about 3D printing, VR and AR technologies, and IoT applications. He is also co-author of several high-profile publications on Future Industry technologies in industrial applications.

Jacek KUCHARCZYK

A specialist and enthusiast in the field of IoT and BigData systems, he leads projects in the processing of large data sets. He graduated from the Faculty of Information Technology at the Silesian University of Technology, majoring in Computer Science. He lectures to both full-time and MBA students.
