The training rooms and laboratories are air-conditioned, large, and spacious. The student workstations are specially equipped. Each participant has access to an individual station designed for learning and solving industrial tasks based on the use of a controller Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500F, operator panels, TIA Portal software and a unique mockup containing basic safety components.
Siemens SIMATIC S7-1516F CONTROLLERS with FAILSAFE I/O cards
Each training participant has a dedicated workstation designed for learning industrial tasks and solutions based on the Siemens S7-1516F PN/PD controller. The training workstation consists of a controller equipped with FAILSAFE digital and analog I/O modules, as well as ET200SP FAILSAFE modules connected to a digital and analog input and output simulator.
SIMATIC HMI TP1500 COMFORT operator panel
Each training participant has at their disposal an individual training station intended for learning industrial tasks and solutions based on the use of the SIMATIC HMI TP1500 COMFORT operator panel with PROFINET and MPI/PROFIBUS DP INTERFACE.
Siemens SINAMICS G120 CONVERTER
Participants have access to individual stations based on a Siemens SINAMICS G120 frequency converter. The station consists of the following components:
- SINAMICS G120 inverter with the highest model of the CU250S-2 central unit (possibility of connecting an encoder, positioning, extensive safety functions).
- Asynchronous motor.
- Incremental encoder.
- Brake and status indicators of digital and analog outputs.
- Digital and analog signal generator for local control.
Parameters of Siemens electric motors:
- power supply: 50 Hz, 230/400 V
- power: 0,12 kW
- revolutions 1350/min
Executive station with SAFETY elements
Students have at their disposal individual execution stations containing various safety elements connected to the controller inputs/outputs:
- optical barriers with moving product (forcing the barrier to turn off while the product is passing - so-called muting)
- "mini doors" equipped with safety limit switches
- two-handed button sets
- safety "mushrooms" with double contacts
- ignition with key
- double - "safe" executive contactors

SIEMENS TIA Portal V19 is the next version of the integrated design environment that supports solving engineering tasks by including all the necessary software packages in one place:
- STEP7 for programming PLC controllers,
- WinCC for creating visualizations for HMI operator panels and SCADA systems,
- STEP7 Safety for preparing a safety program,
- Startdrive for operating SINAMICS series drive units,
