with essential requirements
(conditions for granting CE marking)
Course objective:
- Information on legal provisions (EU and Polish law) regulating the principles of putting into operation machines and technical devices
- Structure of the system ensuring the achievement of the legally required level of safety in the operation of machinery and technical equipment
- The scope of permissible changes and modifications introduced by machine users
- Requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and related directives relating to manufacturers and constructors of machinery and technical equipment (including manufacturers of machinery and equipment manufactured for their own needs)
- Principles of market surveillance and control and putting machines into operation
