To sum up the participation in industry events 2023, it is worth emphasizing the regular participation in the series Axon Media Technical Conferences, including in Częstochowa, Łódź, Szczecin, and Wrocław. These events are not only a venue for practical lectures and workshops, but also provide a platform for learning about the latest services and effective solutions. As a regular participant in the "Reliability and Maintenance in Production Plants" and "Automation in Production Plants – Industry 4.0" editions, we focus on presenting the latest training in control and visualization systems and mechanical engineering, including power hydraulics, industrial pneumatics, and conventional CNC machining.
As a content partner of the Modern Industry magazine, we regularly participate in #Maintenance360 and #Industry360 congressesThe events provide practical knowledge on effective cooperation between production and maintenance departments in manufacturing plants. The congress stage hosted the role of expert and speaker. Anna Król, Customer Service Department Leader at EMT-Systems.
Our travel activities conclude with exhibition participation in Symas Maintenance Fair– Trade Fair for Maintenance, Planning, and Production Optimization. EMT-Systems' participation in such events is a significant step towards promoting technological progress and increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of Polish industry.
Two events organized by Axon Media in Rzeszów marked a strong conclusion to the first EMT-Systems conference series. During the automation conference, attendees learned about the potential applications of infrared-assisted measurement in diagnostics, as well as the magnetostriction phenomenon, with a live demonstration of the latest Industry 4.0 sensor.
The second day featured a presentation of automation components that impact machine and production process reliability, as well as innovative control and measurement systems that enable fault source identification, problem analysis, and prevention. Agata and Monika presented the EMT-Systems offering.
The Blockchain-Industry 4.0 conference, held at the Silesian University of Technology's Center for New Technologies in Gliwice, focused on the opportunities and challenges posed by both technologies. As a member of the Patronage Council, we were able to share our experience adapting competencies to the evolving demands of the industrial revolution.
The event was inaugurated by Prof. Jerzy Buzek, PhD, DSc, Eng., Chairman of the Program Council; Prof. Arkadiusz Mężyk, PhD, DSc, Eng., Rector of the Silesian University of Technology; Zygmunt Frankiewicz, PhD, DSc, Eng., Mayor of Gliwice; Maciej Martyniuk, Director of the Innovative Project Management Methods Development Department at the National Centre for Research and Development; and Wiktor Pawlik, President of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gliwice, the main organizer of the event. The conference generated enormous interest and attracted representatives of business, science, and media from across Poland.
We can't miss any conference in the Reliability and Maintenance in Production Plants series! The event focused on machines, devices, and production process technologies – participants learned how to ensure the process they supervise is error-free. EMT-Systems presented its training offerings in mechanical engineering and optimization of production processes.
The conference generated considerable interest. Attendees listened to 13 substantive lectures covering technological innovations, best practices, and legal issues. Exhibitors offered practical testing of many solutions. Our representatives, Gosia and Agata, presented EMT-Systems' offerings. industrial pneumatics i power hydraulics.
The conference was a great opportunity for those who wanted to deepen their knowledge of the latest applications and new capabilities of sensors that meet diverse industrial needs. The main theme of the event was "intelligent sensors" in the control of industrial processes. EMT-Systems offers training courses from industrial sensors presented by Kasia and Agata.
Many hours of substantive lectures, a select group of speakers and exhibitors. A strong point of the event is always the development of competencies and minimizing production costs. This year, experts presented a whole galaxy of ways to improve maintenance departments. EMT-Systems also contributed by presenting a modern model for training employees in manufacturing companies – our industrial automation trainer, Kamil Jastrzębski, in his lecture dispelled the myth that maintenance departments only generate costs, while Honorata and Ania presented their offer.
The "Project Management 2.0" conference, organized by the WSB Academy, was held in Dąbrowa Górnicza for the second time. It serves as a platform for exchanging information on project theory and management. EMT-Systems contributed substantively to the conference – Piotr Podgórski participated in a panel discussion and presented our model for educating manufacturing employees, sharing his experience in managing 150 engineering training courses. The lecture was part of the panel "Time and Quality in Classic and Modern Project Management." The other two thematic blocks covered new trends and challenges in this area, as well as financial and project team management. Conference participants also participated in virtual quizzes and poster sessions.
The 3rd edition of the Industry Officers' Conference took place on March 20-21. It is dedicated to directors, managers, technical specialists, sponsors, and managers of investment, optimization, and IT projects in industry, as well as leaders in production improvement. During the two-day meeting, participants attended 15 lectures on industry. EMT-Systems was represented by Kinga and Agata.
The event was attended by a large number of engineers interested in technical innovations, examples of best practices, and solutions they can implement in their workplaces. Honorary patronage was held by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology, the Siedlce City Hall, the Polish Chamber of Commerce, and the Marshal of the Mazovian Voivodeship. This was the 60th conference organized by Axon Media. We were one of 30 companies presenting our automation and security services. Speakers devoted significant time to topics such as security in wired networks (communication standards and protocols in Industry 4.0) and examples of production line modernization based on selected applications. Collaborative robots and wearable computers that facilitate work in the production hall and warehouse were also presented. EMT-Systems was represented by Kinga and Karolina.

Also extremely popular at the EMT Kids Academy is MINECRAFT EDUCATION IN ENGLISH Conducted entirely in English, children interacting with their favorite game naturally acquire not only the vocabulary of the Minecraft world, but also the language essential for everyday communication.

The WAG-TECH conference in Legnica focused on modern production management, the impact of maintenance on the continuity of production processes, and safety-enhancing measures. Our courses on Machine Safety and Industrial Process Optimization generated significant interest. The second day of the event concluded with a trip to the Sitech Sp. z o.o. plant.
The conference in Bytom was the last meeting with Axon Media this year. Two days, two topics, and a multitude of inquiries about our training courses in Control and Visualization Systems and Mechanical Engineering. The very high turnout proved that this was a significant event for maintenance workers in the Silesian Voivodeship. See you next year!
The WAG-TECH conference in Ciechocinek addressed topics related to control and measurement equipment, drives and drive control systems, industrial robots, industrial automation and electronics, and machine safety. At each conference, we were able to offer specific training courses to develop technical competencies. Paulina and Agata represented us at the conference.
We couldn't miss Europe's most important meeting of the SME sector. The three-day Congress in Katowice featured dozens of panel sessions and a series of workshops and lectures attended by experts from Poland and abroad. At the invitation of the Silesian Entrepreneurship Center, EMT-Systems represented the Silesian Voivodeship, setting an example of the successful use of funding for innovative projects under the Regional Operational Program.
The scope of the Axon Media conference in Toruń included an analysis of drive and control techniques in production processes and assembly line monitoring to reduce downtime, optimize costs, and improve production efficiency and energy efficiency. The idea of a modular machine and drive programming concept was also discussed, with examples of implementing selected Industry 4.0 models, as well as integrating robotics and industrial automation systems. It's no wonder, then, that the most sought-after EMT-Systems training catalog was Control and Visualization Systems and Industrial Robots!
This was our first (but not last!) experience with SUR Training. The two days of intensive workshops were primarily a practical overview of the experiences of maintenance managers who have completed interesting projects and are willing to share their knowledge. As a company developing engineering skills, we bravely supported all the ambitious "students" with our advice 😉
In October, we also participated in KOMPOZYT-EXPO® – one of the few events in Poland dedicated to composites. The training program was the most popular event during the fair. Over 2600 representatives from various industries attended the latest edition of the Maintenance trade fair at EXPO KRAKÓW, an event focused on maintenance, production planning, and optimization. This is the only trade fair in Poland that aims to comprehensively present technologies and methods for preventing unplanned downtime and improving production efficiency in industrial plants. We couldn't miss it!
This is another Axon Media conference dominated by the topic of solutions, trends, innovations, and challenges facing maintenance departments – this time we traveled to Wałbrzych. Lectures covered topics such as the potential use of thermal imaging and the implementation of Industry 4.0. This topic is deeply embedded in EMT-Systems' overall activities. Our strategic goal is to offer regular training sessions on Industry 4.0 technologies, their use, and maintenance. We strive to translate this topic, which has previously been limited to conceptual lectures and presentations, into specific, practical, technical sessions. Topics discussed during the Wrocław conference included: robotics in the Industry 4.0 concept, selecting the right robot for a specific application, computer-aided systems in robotics, optimizing connection systems in robotic stations, simulating robotic production processes, and issues related to human-robot collaboration. The majority of the attendees at the Axon Media conference in Lublin were engineers interested in new solutions in the field of production process automation. Industry 4.0 dominated the topic – during the lectures, the audience was introduced to, among other things, innovative systems supporting the automation of production processes, including data collection for production support, service, and preventive maintenance (minimizing downtime – rapid tool changeovers), as well as energy consumption optimization. We, in turn, emphasized the presentation of training courses that help bridge the skills gap among production and maintenance workers.
During the Axon Media conference in Luboń near Poznań, we presented our training offerings to strengthen competencies in efficient machinery management. This was a record-breaking event in terms of the number of participants. The four pillars of the maintenance department's transformation according to Industry 4.0 principles were the main theme of the 2th PolMaintenance Congress, organized by the Maintenance Services, in which we actively participated. Congress attendees attended 20 lectures, two moderated discussions, and could also use a dedicated networking application to facilitate the exchange of experiences. The first Axon Media conference in May took place in Gdynia-Rumia. Participants were engineers interested in the latest robotics solutions for manufacturing plants. Presentations included intelligent robots and intelligent communication supporting robotization. The concept of collaborative robots was also discussed. On February 20-21, 2018, the INDUSTRYmeeting Industrial Technology Fair took place at the Expo Silesia Trade Fair and Conference Centre in Sosnowiec – an event focused on innovative products and industrial solutions.
INDUSTRYmeeting is dedicated to key industrial technologies including: cutting, grinding, punching, soldering and welding, composite and measurement technologies, pneumatics, automation and hydraulics, fasteners, health and safety, plastics processing, maintenance and non-destructive testing.
During the two-day event, Magda and Milena represented us at the exhibition stand. The fair was an excellent opportunity to refresh existing contacts and establish new business relationships.

A conference on reliability, a key issue for maintenance services, took place on November 29th at the Terminal Hotel in Wrocław. Among the 30 event partners were, of course, us, represented by Magda and Paulina. The conference was held under the patronage of the Silesian University of Technology, represented by Dr. Marek Fidala, DSc, Eng., who also led the keynote sessions.

Fruitful meetings! On October 18th and 19th, Krakow hosted one of the most important events in the industry – the 8th International Trade Fair for Maintenance, Production Planning and Optimization – Maintenance, which attracted numerous industry representatives. We are extremely pleased that our offer generated such great interest! The EMT-Systems stand was literally packed with people looking to improve their technical skills. In September, we participated in the only electric car races in Poland at the Poznań track. The challenge is to cover the greatest distance possible in 60 minutes. The participants delivered a thrilling experience for everyone interested in motorsport and electromobility!
In the final organized by the organization supported by us Greenpower Polska Foundation Seven teams participated, with a total of 10 cars competing, including two Kit Car classes. Over the weekend, the cars covered a total distance of 540 km. The fastest lap time (4:25,638) and highest speed (55,334 km/h) during the entire competition was achieved by car number 501 – Bullet SGR from the Silesian University of Technology.

Over 11 years of experience, the use of the latest technologies in training solutions and the creation of innovative trends in the technical training industry resulted in EMT-Systems being invited to co-organize a prestigious event – International Scientific Conference "Mechatronics: Ideas for Industrial Applications", which took place on September 13-15 in Gliwice and Wisła.
The conference has been organized for years by major industrial and scientific centers in the country, this year by the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, the Polish Academy of Sciences, and the Polish Society for Theoretical and Applied Mechanics. On Wednesday, February 22, the "Reliability and Maintenance in Production" conference, organized by Axon Media, took place at the Best Western Premier Hotel in Katowice. This was the first in a series of conferences on maintenance issues. The event focused on tools and methods for improving reliability and maintaining machinery and equipment in operation.
The conference was attended by nearly 100 participants from various industries, from food to machinery and mining, as well as 26 partners, including EMT-Systems as a knowledge partner. Our representative, Piotr Michalski, presented a presentation on industrial sensors and the IO Link interface, a key topic for automation engineers, in the context of their application in the Industry 4.0 concept. The conference provided an excellent opportunity to establish numerous business and knowledge connections, as well as to broaden our training offerings.
