CERTIFIED TRAINING

Since 2016, Our Training Center has held the title – Siemens CNC Training Partner. Pursuant to the signed agreement, we were authorized training partner of Siemens Polska – Digital Factory Motion Control Division.

The certification process involved training our employees and obtaining the title – Siemens CNC – Trainer.

The partnership with Siemens allows us to provide training in the following areas: Sinumeric DIN/ISO programming, ShopMil operation and programming, ShopTurn operation and programming.

Authorization brings, above all, enormous benefits to CNC1 training participants:

We offer the possibility of obtaining CERTIFICATE external certification body TÜV NORD Poland confirming Your COMPETENCES in terms of courses:

• CNC1: OPERATION AND PROGRAMMING OF NUMERICALLY CONTROLLED MACHINE TOOLS – CNC OPERATOR
• CNC2: DESIGNING TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES – CNC TECHNOLOGIST
• CNC3: MANUFACTURING PROCESS DESIGN – CAM PROGRAMMER

The qualification exam is organized on the last day of training immediately after its completion.

Obtaining a certificate TÜV NORD Poland is voluntary. Each participant receives an EMT-Systems certificate upon completion of the training, confirming their participation. The certificate is also highly recognized in Poland and abroad.

The benefits of having a certificate confirming competences include:

• confirmation of your competences by independent experts from a renowned certification institution TÜV NORD Poland
• recognition CERTIFICATE on the international labor market, which increases your bargaining position when looking for a job/contract on the labor market
• professional documentation of the knowledge and skills necessary in an industry that places increasingly higher demands before employees and relies on a highly qualified team of specialists.

CERTIFICATES

TÜV NORD Polska is an independent entity authorized to issue certificates confirming competences, which are one of the ways of authenticating the level of knowledge on the market.

Obtaining a certificate TÜV NORD Poland is voluntary. After completing the training, participants receive certificate of participation EMT-Systems, signed by authorized persons, prepared in Polish, English and German. The certificate is a document recognized and recognised in Poland and abroad.

CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING A CERTIFICATE

You receive a certificate after passing qualifying exam carried out in writing by an independent certification body TÜV NORD Poland .

The condition for joining qualifying exam is to complete the course and pay the fee in accordance with the current price list to the account specified in the exam application form.

In the case of CNC1 training, the condition for participation in the exam is:

• Completion of CNC1 training
• Payment of an additional fee of PLN 200,00 gross

In the case of CNC2 training, the condition for participation in the exam is:

• Completion of CNC2 training
• Payment of an additional fee of PLN 200,00 gross

In the case of CNC3 training, the condition for participation in the exam is:

• Completion of CNC3 training
• Payment of an additional fee of PLN 200,00 gross

Certificates are issued for a period of five years. After this period, the condition for maintaining the certificate for subsequent years is paying a fee and passing an exam.
