The beginnings of the largest training center in Poland
The year 2026 marks a special milestone for EMT-Systems, as the company celebrates its 20th anniversary. Two decades of presence in the training market is not only a jubilee, but above all, a history of consistent brand building through quality, an innovative approach to technical education, and a tangible impact on the development of industry in Poland.
and Europe.
From the very beginning, EMT-Systems has set its own development path.
The company was founded in 2006 in Gliwice, winning the My Small Business competition,
within the Technopark Gliwice Science and Technology Park, which offered favorable conditions for entrepreneurship. From the very beginning, it focused on the practical training of engineering and technical staff. Under the leadership of its president, Dr. DSc, Eng. Grzegorz Wszołek, an innovator and visionary, the organization quickly built a strong position, responding to the growing market demand for highly qualified specialists. Starting in 2006 with training in power pneumatics and a single laboratory, 20 years later it offered 220 diverse technical training courses and 45 training labs equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Evidence of the company's strong and systematic growth is 2019, when the company already had 25 laboratories, 170 training courses on offer, and collaborated with 70 trainers.
and 50 people have undergone its training.
EMT-Systems 20 years later
Today, EMT-Systems is the largest and most comprehensive technical training center in Poland. In its 20 years of operation, the company has trained over 100,000 people who currently work in industrial plants across Poland, Europe, and the world.
For many course participants, the training was a turning point in their careers, enabling them to change their career path, develop their skills or advance to more advanced technical positions.
From the outset, EMT-Systems' scope of operations has been broad and has continuously expanded. The company offers training covering key areas of modern industry: automation, robotics, maintenance, mechatronics, mechanics, industrial IT, design, and quality management. This allows companies to comprehensively develop the competencies of their teams, building a competitive advantage in a dynamically changing technological environment.
Historic building and new technologies
One of the most important moments in the company's history was the relocation of its headquarters in January 2020. EMT-Systems moved to the impressively renovated Gliwice Mine Pitcher, creating one of the most modern training centers in this part of Europe. The new space opened up entirely new growth opportunities for the company, allowing it to expand its laboratories and increase the scale of its operations.
Today, the center offers over 220 specialized training courses, and the offerings are constantly expanding.
The training infrastructure of EMT-Systems deserves special attention.
The company consistently invests in modern laboratories, which are built in collaboration with global technology partners. Together with Siemens, the laboratories were equipped with the latest controllers and operator panels, enabling advanced training in control and visualization systems. Siemens has recognized EMT-Systems as one of its key educational partners.
in the Central and Eastern European region. In cooperation with SKF, one of the most modern bearing technology laboratories in Poland was established.
At the beginning of 2026, in collaboration with a new partner, OMRON, the first basic and advanced training courses for the company's new controllers were launched. Responding to market needs, training courses for composite technology in the aerospace industry were also launched. A new course on ultrasonic machine diagnostics was created for machine mechanics, thus addressing the market need for increased safety and reduced failure rates. Listening to feedback from our trainees, some of the existing training courses were divided into additional levels to more efficiently convey more knowledge and experience.
An equally important element of the company's success is its team of trainers, who are both experts and practitioners working in the industry every day. It is their experience that gives EMT-Systems training its practical character.
and address the real challenges of businesses. Course participants gain knowledge they can immediately apply in their work.
Not just courses
The company also actively collaborates with the academic community.
The Silesian University of Technology offers postgraduate studies in the field of automation, robotics, and digitization of production processes. The curriculum covers topics such as PLCs, industrial robots, SCADA systems, the digital transformation of Industry 4.0, and cybersecurity. This allows participants to acquire comprehensive competencies that meet the demands of a modern economy.
EMT-Systems is not just about training, however. The company is also involved
in social and educational initiatives. Supports young people and collaborates with schools
and universities, and conducts classes for children and youth as part of the EMT KIDS program. These activities are aimed at developing technical interests and building future industrial workforces.
Since 2013, EMT-Systems has been organizing free thematic EMT-Tour conferences almost every year, where you can expand your knowledge and talk to specialists and suppliers of modern technologies for free.
The exception here is the Wspólny Rytm Fabryki HR&UR Days conference organized on May 28-29, which is the first such large, two-day and paid event in the company's history.
20 years of achievements and a further vision for development
Over the past 20 years, EMT-Systems has received numerous distinctions and awards, confirming the high quality of its services. These include European Medals and the title of Leader of Development and Innovation in the Silesian Voivodeship's Golden Hundred ranking. This is a testament to both the company's innovative approach and its contribution to the region's economic development.
The 20th anniversary is a moment of reflection, but also of looking to the future.
EMT-Systems is not slowing down, it is still developing its offer and investing in infrastructure
and expands the team of experts. Dynamic technological changes, the development of automation
and the digitalization of the industry mean that the demand for high-quality training will only increase. To celebrate this, we have a special birthday promotion for our students.

Above all, however, it's the story of its people – a team that spent 20 years building an organization based on knowledge and passion.
and commitment.
Today, EMT-Systems is not only a training center but also a key partner for industry. An institution that truly supports the development of competencies and contributes to the growth of economic innovation.
