Laboratory equipment
The training rooms and laboratories are air-conditioned, large, and spacious. During training, we utilize various exhibits and components made through the stamping process.
We present the most common defects and methods for their removal. We also display unique video footage of plastic forming technology with in-depth process analysis.
Software
Presentation of examples of the use of commercial software for modeling and simulation of stamping processes, e.g. Eta/Dynaform, Pam Stamp, Catia, Unigraphix, Forge, etc. (without the possibility of exercises for students).

The trainers specialize in metal forming. They have extensive industrial experience in metal processing, both automotive and aerospace, gained through ongoing collaboration with numerous stamping plants. They are also experienced in conducting training for engineering staff, stamping plant workers, and maintenance personnel.
Our specialists hold numerous certificates of competence in metal processing and production and quality management. They have published in technical industry journals and have scientific achievements in modern stamping methods, including the stamping of laser-welded blanks (tailor welded blanks) and hydromechanical forming (hydroforming).
Experience gained on a daily basis, at work, in industry and at technical universities translates directly into high-quality practical and training activities.
