Course Objective
After completing the training, the participant:- Can identify devices in the control cabinet
- Has the ability to operate digital multimeters
- Performs independent measurements of various types of signals occurring in electrical engineering (current, voltage, resistance)
- Able to use tools and wire
- Can identify simple electrical symbols
- Is able to make electrical connections in accordance with the documentation (e.g. connecting relays, contactors, buttons)
- Knows how to protect control circuits
- Can build and diagnose relay control systems (e.g. star-delta starting system)
- Can find and repair errors in the operation of devices in the control cabinet

Laboratory equipment
The training rooms and laboratories are air-conditioned, large, and spacious. The student workstations are expertly equipped. Each participant has a dedicated workstation dedicated to learning and solving tasks based on electrical engineering and industrial automation. Multi-component kits enable the construction and creation of a complex control cabinet, allowing for tasks and exercises covering a wide range of topics.
The training stations, thanks to their diversity and unique design based on equipment from many manufacturers, allow participants to become familiar with the methods of installing equipment in control cabinets and diagnosing faults in control systems during exercises.
MULTI-ELEMENT CONTROL CABINET MODEL
Participants have access to a personalized station, a mock-up of a control cabinet. During the course, they independently connect individual electrical components using wires.
The training station includes:
- Buttons in NO/NC configurations and lights
- Pressure transducer and PT100 resistance thermometer
- Signal converters (resistance to voltage, current to voltage)
- Contactors and relays
- Isolating relays (mechanical and solid-state)
- Safety relays
- Time relays
- Limit switches
- 230VAC/24VDC power supply
- Protection systems (differential circuit breaker, motor circuit breaker, mechanical circuit breaker, electronic circuit breaker)
MEASURING TOOLS
Each student has basic measuring tools at their disposal:
- Digital multimeters - for DC and AC voltage measurements, DC and AC voltage flow and resistance measurements, flow and capacitance measurements
- Voltage tester - for direct and alternating voltages from 12 V to 1000 V AC / 1000 V DC, IP65
MULTI-PURPOSE ELECTRICAL TOOLS
Students have multi-purpose assembly tools at their disposal:
- Application tool for cable end sleeves according to DIN 46228-4 0,5 mm² to 2,5 mm² with forced locking, magazine, cutting, stripping, twisting and crimping unit.
