Laboratory equipment
The training rooms and laboratories are air-conditioned, large, and spacious. Student workstations are specially equipped.
Course participants have at their disposal training stations designed to learn parameterization, based on electric drives using frequency converters.
The stations consist of a frequency converter equipped with digital and analog signal generators. Each converter is connected to an asynchronous electric motor or industrial geared motor.
SEW Movitrac B 07 frequency converters
Devices with the following operating parameters:- power P=0,25 [kW]
- 6 digital inputs
- 3 digital outputs
- 1 analog input
- industrial communication interfaces: PROFIBUS
The sets are also equipped with SEW Eurodrive gearmotors:
- power supply: 50 Hz, 230/400 [V]
- rated power: 0,25 [kW]
- rated rotational speed: 1300/405 [rpm] (engine with gearbox)
- rated current: 1,27/0,73 [A]
Software
Course participants have individual computer stations with the following software at their disposal:
- MOVITOOLS MOTION STUDIO – software enabling parameterization, programming, diagnostics, and data backup of SEW Eurodrive inverters and controllers
