Common Rhythm of the Factory – the first conference in Poland combining HR and maintenance
On May 28-29, the first-ever Common Rhythm of the Factory: HR & UR DAYS conference in Poland will be held at the EMT-Systems Engineering Training Center. The event will bring together specialists in human resources management and maintenance, demonstrating how effective collaboration between these departments impacts the efficiency of modern manufacturing plants.
The conference program was designed with industry practitioners in mind, focusing on specific solutions and expert experiences. Participants will learn about ways to develop employee competencies, build leadership in the maintenance sector, design motivational systems, and prepare organizations for increasing automation.
The event will be complemented by practical workshops covering, among others, the use of ChatGPT in office work, win-win bonus systems, and modern technical solutions, including PLC programming in the TIA Portal environment.

In the latest episode of the Grzejemy TEMAT podcast, what we at EMT-Systems Engineering Training Center have been repeating for years is very clearly heard: no transformation – neither energy nor digital – will happen without a conscious investment in the knowledge and practical competences of the staff.
We also view the Green Energy Park initiative with great interest and appreciation. This project is truly transforming the local energy ecosystem, including in a very practical sense.
Our Gliwice headquarters are now part of the PEC-Gliwice Sp. z o.o. energy ecosystem, which directly impacts our operations and our approach to infrastructure, education, and technological responsibility.
We congratulate Kuczyńska-Budka, the mayor of Gliwice and head of the PEC-Gliwice company, and Krzysztof Szaliński, the company’s helmsman and one of the key figures in this transformation, on the consistency and direction of Kuczyńska’s actions.
