The company has been operating in the training market for 17 years, offering an innovative approach to the education of engineering and technical staff. It continually supports entrepreneurs in building integrated competencies for modern industry.
EMT-Systems was founded in 2006 by Grzegorz Wszołek, PhD, DSc, Eng., then an employee of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice.
- When I started my business 17 years ago, I did almost everything myself. – recalls Grzegorz Wszołek. – Now we are in a completely different place. We train approximately 300 people per week from the largest manufacturing companies across Poland. Our offerings include over 200 training courses from various industries: from CNC machine tools, through power hydraulics, to advanced industrial automation. – adds President Wszołek.
Currently, the EMT-Systems Training Center is located in the impressively restored space of the former Hallmarking The "Gliwice" mine. – The company's relocation is undoubtedly the most important event in our history. It created new opportunities and essentially removed restrictions on growth. It's hard for me to imagine moving anywhere else.. – confirms Grzegorz Wszołek.
The first step in your career
Over the past 17 years, EMT-Systems' training specialists have imparted their knowledge to thousands of professionals who successfully work in industry in Poland, Europe, and around the world. For many of them, EMT-Systems training courses were the beginning of a professional transformation and a significant step in career development.
How participating in EMT-Systems courses changes your professional life? Here are the memories of Dominik Rabsztyn, Paweł Pojasek, and Dominik Bednarek – see on the EMT-Systems Blog
Next years, next challenges
EMT-Systems has no intention of standing still. The dynamic changes taking place in its production processes provide an ideal platform for the company's offerings to expand, and its professionalism and comprehensiveness are undoubtedly its greatest achievements. According to CEO Grzegorz Wszołek, however, its greatest value lies in its intangibles. "It's the feeling of working with people who are satisfied and happy. We've managed to create an environment where it's a pleasure to come to work. I love the moment I arrive at the company and feel that most people share these emotions."
Continuous development and the search for training solutions that align with Industry 4.0 competencies are the immediate future of EMT-Systems. A key priority is the expansion of the complex near the Gliwice Cechownia. This will increase training capacity. The facility will feature halls with industrial flooring and heavy-duty laboratory stations. The first building will be two stories high and will have an area of 1500 square meters.
- The investment has been germinating in my head for 6-7 years. – says Grzegorz Wszołek. – Despite my concerns, I hope that we will be able to start the project this year. By developing the largest and most comprehensive engineering training center in Poland, we also strive to showcase the economic and cultural heritage of our city and region. – summarizes Grzegorz Wszołek.
