EMT-Systems is the largest and most comprehensive technical training center in Poland, specializing in organizing courses and training in mechatronics and broadly defined engineering techniques. we have been operating since 2006. We propose innovative approach to the education system for engineering and technical personnel in industrial sectors. We continually support entrepreneurs in building integrated competencies for modern industry.

We are constructing comprehensive training, aimed at maintenance staff of machines and devices as well as designers working in various environments CAD/CAM/CAE.

We take care of every detail
All our employees are meticulous in providing comprehensive assistance to anyone interested in our offer. Long before they register for their chosen training, our specialists ensure that everyone receives the necessary information. assistance in choosing the right training.
We help you determine actual qualifications of the future student, as well as the correct training path. During training we study the growth of knowledge, which automatically allows us to determine the effectiveness of our work.
We provide technical support and consultations in a field that often goes beyond the framework of the training program in which the trainee participates.
We provide assistance not only in person, during telephone conversations, explaining all the questions that concern the client, but we also often help on site, at the client's premises.
Our specialists conduct a needs assessment, propose optimal solutions, and select the appropriate training path. Often, the consultation results in preparing dedicated, tailor-made training, which covers the client's training needs to the maximum extent.
We provide information about training by phone, daily from 8:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m., and by email 24 hours a day. Call or write, we will check, what can we do for you.
New headquarters
In January 2020, EMT-Systems became the manager of the revitalized building of the former pithead building of the Gliwice mine, with an area of nearly 8,5 m2. The facility is located on the premises New Gliwice Education and Business Center, where cutting-edge companies, focused on innovation and cutting-edge technology, are developing their operations. These vast spaces have opened up even more opportunities for us.
Our domain is practical classes, and the new premises allowed us to expand our specialized laboratories. Most of the space is occupied by teaching stations and industrial machines on which students practice. In total, we currently offer a total of 45 rooms and laboratoriesWe also have several conference rooms and a lecture hall that can accommodate over 200 people. There's also good news for drivers – plenty of parking spaces are available.

This year's Gliwice Gala, concluding the 27th edition of the "Man of the Gliwice Region" plebiscite, was more moving than we could have imagined. When EMT-Systems, with its CEO Grzegorz Wszołek, was announced as the winner of the main prize in the Business/Associations category, our company's vice presidents, Alicja Moszyńska and Piotr Podgórski, decided to dedicate the award to the NieOdkładalni Foundation, which supports people with disabilities, their families, and caregivers. Prof. Marek Gzik was honored in the individual category and in the online vote, while Seweryn Botor was recognized in the Young Creator category. EMT-Systems was recognized for creating the largest and most comprehensive technical training center in Poland and for its educational activities aimed at the youngest residents. The new role of the Cechownia, our headquarters, in the region's unique cultural landscape was also highlighted. Under the signed agreement we were authorized training partner of Siemens Polska – Digital Factory Motion Control Division – and we received the title Siemens CNC Training PartnerThe certification process involved training our employees and earning them the title of Siemens CNC Trainer.
The partnership with Siemens allows us to provide training in the following areas: Sinumeric DIN/ISO programming, ShopMil operation and programming, ShopTurn operation and programming.

Our laboratories
Training is conducted using the latest scientific advancements and modern teaching methods. It is conducted in laboratories and training rooms equipped with professional equipment and teaching aids.
Training is carried out in the form of technical workshops and lecture classes. Under the supervision of a trainer, participants have access to advanced equipment, devices, and systems used in the training. During the classes, numerous tasks and practical exercises are completed to help them acquire the necessary technical skills.

Positive result of the audit conducted by 
international certification body TÜV Nord resulted in receiving a certificate confirming EMT-Systems' ability to meet the requirements of the aforementioned standard. The certificate we received attests to the highest quality of services and increases the effectiveness of EMT-Systems' training.
