Training objectives

After completing the training, the participant:
  • Can analyze and modify an existing program and interact with the user using the TeachPendant
  • Creates programs with dynamic changes in the position of the process being carried out (including palletizing issues)
  • Can dynamically change motion instruction parameters and use the SEARCH function to search for parts
  • Possesses knowledge of determining tool weight (Payload), setting axis limits and programming background tasks (JOB System)
  • Can work with CMOS.BIN backup

1. Independent preparation of data for work, including: TeachPendant operation, robot control in T1 manual mode, determining TCP, station layout (BASE), using basic motion instructions (MOVL/MOVJ), handling input/output signals
