After completing the training, each participant receives a bilingual, personal certificate descriptively confirming the acquired skills in accordance with the system implemented at EMT-SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. quality management PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, supervised and certified by TUV Nord Poland.
Nothing speaks volumes about the value of a training program better than the opinions of those who have already participated. Check out our participants' reviews – find out what they appreciated most, what results they achieved, and why they recommend it to others.
This small, lightweight (52 kg) robot, thanks to its compact dimensions, is suitable for a wide range of applications. It can be floor-, wall-, or ceiling-mounted. Thanks to its slim design, the KR 6 robot operates even in the smallest of spaces. The Safe Robot function facilitates effective human-machine collaboration. It excels in handling tasks, especially pick-and-place, with high speeds, enabling excellent results with minimal cycle times.
The robotic station is equipped with:
The trainers have extensive technical knowledge, both practical and theoretical, and many years of practice with documented professional experience, completed industrial implementations and extensive experience in the integration of automation systemsDuring the training sessions they present also real situations they encountered in their professional work.
Our trainers are open to suggestions from our students. During training, we often explore topics that deviate from the standard curriculum, addressing specific aspects of the students' work.
The completed courses also lead to cooperation between EMT Systems Sp. z o. o. and representatives of industrial plants, in the areas of: design, modernization, and commissioning of automation systems for machines and technological lines.
Participants of training sessions at our center receive unlimited access to the Cechownia Cafe coffee bar and a two-course lunch.

Each participant of our training receives an AUTHOR'S TRAINING MANUAL adapted to the level of a given training.
The materials used during the training constitute a compendium of knowledge to be used in future professional work.
The KUKA Basic Industrial Robot Programming Course is designed for anyone looking to enhance their job opportunities by significantly improving their qualifications. Basic technical knowledge is all that's needed to participate. While this requirement isn't assessed before the course begins, familiarity with basic technical concepts and principles will help you better understand the topics covered during the course.
The advanced KUKA robot programming course requires a bit more experience: the candidate is usually required to have completed the basic course or at least be familiar with the topics covered during it.
The requirements set by training centers are usually characterized by a lack of formality. Participation in industrial robot programming courses is voluntary, so each student should decide for themselves how much they want to benefit from the classes. However, it's worth remembering that being an informed participant brings far more benefits than passively observing others at work.

KUKA robot programming courses typically offer two difficulty levels: basic and advanced. Choosing a specific course should be based on the student's actual abilities – this is the only way to maximize the time spent in the classroom.
To participate in the basic training, only basic technical knowledge is required. During the training, participants learn about the general structure of the robot and how to operate it safely. The two-day course also covers other topics, such as the structure and functions of the operator panel, methods of program archiving, programming the robot's work path, parameterizing motion instructions, and working with the program in manual and automatic modes.
Participants in the advanced course should have a broader knowledge of machine, station, and tool configuration. This will facilitate the acquisition of skills in the areas of position programming in application instructions, correction of logical instructions, incremental programming, analysis of execution programs, and configuration of the robot for automatic operation in a specific mode.
We invite you to take advantage of our rich offer robotics training.
In most training centers, the practical portion of the course takes place in a laboratory specifically equipped for learning industrial robot programming. Working in a training setting with robots such as the KUKA KR10 R1420, KUKA KR6 R900 SIXX, or KUKA KR6 R700 SIXX reflects the real-world work environment of an industrial robot programmer.
The laboratory exercises are crucial because they provide an opportunity to closely examine the workings of KUKA robots – their design, precision, and operating range. Besides the crucial aspect of observation, each participant will develop important skills, including moving the manipulator, programming the robot's work path, and executing a program using either manual or automatic modes.
The skills acquired during laboratory classes are of very high value – no presentation or lecture can replace the experience gained from working with original KUKA robots.
Anyone wishing to improve their qualifications and gain reliable information on working with a KUKA industrial robot should have at least PLN 2950 net. This applies to both the basic and advanced KUKA industrial robot programming courses.
The price for the 2-day preparatory course includes practical classes in the training laboratory, educational materials given to the student as a personal gift, as well as a KUKA course completion certificate, which is highly respected in the industrial sector.
Larger training centers offer discounts on an individual basis or for students with a student ID. Small, medium, and larger companies that enroll larger groups of employees in technical training can apply for funding for individual training sessions or entire training cycles.

One of the most important indicators of course quality is the opinion of the clients who participated. Considering the numerous positive comments about the training courses conducted in Gliwice, it's safe to assume that their level is very high. Individual clients and companies training their employees in this city emphasize the substantive content of the theoretical classes and the extensive practical experience in the well-equipped laboratories. Participants of KUKA robot programming courses also note the access to valuable training materials and other useful educational resources.
According to the participants, it's also worth highlighting the professionalism of the instructors, who are able to convey their knowledge in an accessible way. This translates into highly effective training – for individual clients, this translates into enhanced professional qualifications and for companies, efficient workflow optimization.
