SIEMENS NX

Software Siemens NX. (formerly Unigraphics) is an integrated system CAD, CAM, CAE, working with the Master Model concept. This allows for the inclusion of all processes performed within a single file, including: 2D/3D drawing processes (CAD), creating drawing documentation (Drafting), creating assemblies (Assemblies), conducting analyses and simulations (CAE), and creating machining processes (CAM).

Environment Siemens NX. provides the user with access to many useful engineering tools that support design. The use of the environment PLM, or product lifecycle management, allows for meeting the requirements of the most demanding users. This solution gives the user control over the product from the early stages of design, production, and technical support, all the way to market withdrawal.

The Siemens PLM NX system has modular constructionCustomers can configure the system according to their needs and expand it with additional modules as needed. The entire system can be configured as a "Bundle," meaning bundles of licenses combined together (activating any one module disables the entire bundle), or as floating licenses (licenses function as individual modules within the network). It is possible to activate a single module without disabling the others.
