Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is an advanced maintenance management strategy aimed at ensuring the reliability and efficiency of technical systems. 4. Failure Impact Assessment: Determining the consequences that will occur in the event of a failure of a given system component, including repair costs, production losses, personnel safety, etc.
5. Identification of maintenance strategies: Selecting the appropriate maintenance strategy for each system component, depending on its criticality and impact on system operation.
6. Maintenance Strategy Implementation: Implementation of selected maintenance activities such as planned inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, testing, preventative repairs, etc.
7. Effectiveness Monitoring: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of your maintenance strategy and make any necessary improvements based on collected data and experience.
