FAQ

Who runs online FANUC robot programming courses?

Robot programming training is conducted by experienced automation and robotics specialists. They have the knowledge and skills acquired while working at major industrial companies, both in Poland and abroad.

FANUC programming training instructors possess both design experience and the skills necessary to share this experience with students. When interacting with laypeople, teaching skills are sometimes more important than a broad range of expertise. It's crucial that the instructor demonstrates an open mind, as this will allow them to actively respond to the needs of the training participants.

It's also important to remember that FANUC industrial robot programming training is often held on-site. Therefore, the instructor should have a flexible approach to training topics and the ability to conduct the course on machines available at a specific industrial facility.

How long does the FANUC programming course take?

FANUC robot programming training courses typically last three days, for both basic and advanced versions. This is a very intensive time for each student, as it helps them better understand the essence of FANUC industrial robot programming.

The value of FANUC robot programming training is confirmed by the ever-increasing number of participants who travel across Poland in search of reliable knowledge and unique skills. Technical courses in Silesia enjoy the greatest popularity and reputation. Those who attend training from outside this region appreciate the concise nature of the classes. Within three days, participants receive comprehensive knowledge of selected topics and a bilingual certificate confirming their participation in the FANUC robot programming training.

Selected training centers also offer individual solutions for companies - entrepreneurs of smaller and larger companies can decide on the course date and its exact duration.

What is the price for a good FANUC robot programming course?

FANUC Robot Online Programming training courses provide solid preparation and help build a solid foundation for independent robot programming in the future. Therefore, the price of a 3-day FANUC programming course is currently approximately PLN 3150 (net). This price includes high-quality educational materials, along with a proprietary training manual (available at select training centers). The manual contains all the essential information about operating, programming, and commissioning FANUC robots. This valuable resource will be useful both during the course and after its completion, helping students further their careers. In addition to valuable training materials, participants also receive access to professional workstations where they can practice their FANUC robot programming skills. It is also a good practice for training centers to provide participants with stationery and catering, all included in the course price.

What does the basic FANUC industrial robot programming course involve?

To participate in the online programming training for industrial robots, basic technical knowledge is sufficient. Participants will receive all the necessary knowledge about the construction, operation, configuration, and programming of FANUC industrial robots during the training.

Mastering the training material will allow participants to independently operate a FANUC robot and correctly configure specific machines, tools, and stations. Furthermore, the knowledge of the basics of online programming, as well as information on the design and operation of the FANUC robot system, will find application in companies utilizing the potential of modern industrial robots.

FANUC robot programming training is designed to prepare students for working with real machines. Therefore, reputable training centers should provide students with valuable educational materials and adequate practical exercises.

What will I learn in the advanced FANUC industrial robots course?

The advanced FANUC robot programming course introduces participants to complex configuration and online programming methods, teaches them how to commission a FANUC robot, and familiarizes them with its design and operation. It's worth choosing modern training centers, as they typically provide the most hands-on experience in programming and operating industrial robots.

Advanced FANUC robot training is divided into modules covering topics such as: programming positions, loops, logical instructions, correction of logical instructions and already programmed positions, analysis of the structure and operation of individual execution programs, robot configuration, automatic and manual program operation, as well as mechanisms of action in the event of an error message.

The advanced FANUC robot programming course also includes exercises in a modern laboratory, using specially prepared robotic stations. All of this, along with unique teaching aids, is designed to facilitate the student's understanding of theoretical concepts and is another important step that should lead to a future position as a FANUC robot programmer.

How should a FANUC robot training laboratory be equipped?

The training laboratory's equipment demonstrates not only the center's modernity but, above all, the level of teaching it provides. The equipment used in the practical training area is intended to provide specific learning support for students. By working with specific FANUC robots, participants can observe the patterns and nuances associated with their operation. They also have the opportunity to consolidate and expand on the knowledge acquired during the theoretical portion of the course.

Robots that should be included in every good training lab include: the FANUC LR Mate 200iD 4s (with the R-30iB Mate controller), the FANUC AM 100iB (with RJ3iB controllers), and the FANUC AM 100iC (with RJ3iC controllers). They are typically housed in professionally prepared robotic cells.

It is also worth paying attention to whether the exercise stations in the selected training center have storage facilities, specialized technological equipment and teaching aids necessary to carry out the exercises.
