Laboratory equipment
Our laboratories feature modern equipment based on industrial-grade devices supplied by renowned manufacturers. Individual controller-based stations are available during the MTB-Q2 training. MELSEC-Q, Mitsubishi GT2000 series HMI panel and executive stations containing:
- air preparation system
- valve island with 2 electropneumatic valves 5/2
- two double-acting pneumatic cylinders
- reed sensors informing about the status of the actuators' extreme positions
- electronic proportional controller
- stepper motor
- incremental encoder
- PT100 temperature sensor with 0-10V transducer
- frequency converter (inverter)

Software
GX Works 2, GT Designer 3
GX Works consists of a variety of components that simplify project creation and maintenance tasks. A system project console has been added, allowing projects to be created during the system review phase. Furthermore, major programming languages are supported, and their labels (variables) are common, further simplifying programming. It also includes various debugging and maintenance features.
