Operation and programming of numerically controlled machine tools with MITSUBISHI M800/M80 control
Course objective:
After completing the training, the participant:- Performs setup tasks on a machine tool equipped with a MITSUBISHI M830W control.
- Can program in plain text at a basic level.
- Knows the structure, principle of operation and operation of a numerically controlled machine tool
- Provides basic support for CNC machines.

- Editing mode, text editor properties, editing functions, program creation principle
- Introduction to ISO Code Programming
- Tools and cutting parameters, tool table and its relationship with the function
- Basic interpolation functions G1,G0,G2,G3
- Tool nose compensation functions G40, G41, G42

- Simulation – program testing mode, functionality, various forms of preview, process control
- Working with 3 axes on the NC Trainer2 plus simulator
- Turning on the machine, daily and periodic inspection

- Programming elementary contours using Cartesian and polar coordinates in absolute, incremental and mixed systems
- Using fixed cycles to perform tasks related to detail machining
- Programming drilling cycles
- Programming milling cycles: pockets/pivots/grooves
- Generating multiple cycles in an array
- Coordinate system manipulation: change/move/rotate/scale
- Using graphical machining simulation and executing the prepared program in the Mitsubishi M830W control
Laboratory equipment
We provide students with a training laboratory equipped with computers and a 4-axis machine tool with a Mitsubishi M830W control. Each participant has access to the latest tool catalogs, measuring instruments, and cutting tools, among other things.

An experienced programmer and operator with many years of experience, he is an examiner for the District Examination Board in Jaworzno as a cutting machine operator, collaborating with industrial plants in the programming and operation of numerically controlled machine tools and providing training courses. He is also a designer and constructor implementing NX CAM software.
