After completing the training, the participant:

  • Can start and safely operate the robot in manual and automatic mode using the KCP operator panel to control the manipulator movement
  • Knows the design and operation of the KUKA robot and basic online programming methods
  • Understands the meaning and is able to determine the tool (TCP) and station (BASE) coordinate systems
  • Creates and modifies robot programs, uses point-to-point (PTP), linear (LIN) and arc (CIRC) motion instructions, and parameterizes them for specific applications
  • Can manually and programmatically control the robot's digital output signals (OUT, PULSE) and uses basic logical commands (WAIT FOR, IF, FOR) in programs
  • Creates and restores backups and calibrates the robot
