1. Work will be carried out on the construction of a new, two-story building with an area of ​​1,839 m2, which will house 15 specialized training rooms (laboratories) for the organization of courses.
2. The above training rooms are equipped with top-class devices and software to develop the practical skills of participants.

Our clients include numerous mining companies, and the applicant has extensive experience working with this industry. By implementing this project, we will be able to offer mines a comprehensive range of vocational retraining options for retiring miners, and EMT-Systems will have the potential to become a training hub where they can acquire knowledge and competencies aligned with the needs of a modern, environmentally friendly, and competitive regional economy.

The amount of the contribution from European Funds – PLN 9,076,305.32

EMT-SYSTEMS Sp. z o. o. in partnership with MDDP Spółka Akcyjna Akademia Biznesu sp. k. is implementing a project co-financed from European Funds entitled "Professional staff in the central subregion of the Silesian Voivodeship."

Project goal: to obtain qualifications/competences in English or ICT by 31/12/2022 by at least 527 people (including 316 women and 211 men; at least 210 people aged 50+ and at least 316 people with low qualifications) out of 810 working people (including 486 women and 324 men) constituting the target group: people meeting all the criteria:

• age 18+,
• work/live in accordance with the Civil Code in the central subregion of the Silesian Voivodeship,
• participate in training and courses on their own initiative,
• belong to disadvantaged groups – with the largest competence gap and the greatest needs in access to education.

EMT-SYSTEMS Sp. z o. o. is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds entitled: "Strengthening the company's competitiveness by implementing an innovative engineering service on the market, consisting of comprehensive technological and engineering services for Polish enterprises, with particular emphasis on the composites and unfilled thermoplastics industry in the scope of training services, technological consulting and research services diversifying the company's current activities."

The project aims to implement innovative engineering and training services into the company's operations, offering them to employees of industrial companies (including those in the automotive, transportation, sports, and sanitary industries) and individuals interested in improving their skills in the job market. The project also plans to equip the lab with equipment enabling hands-on practice in the production of composite materials and unfilled thermoplastics using methods analogous to industrial processes. The new equipment will not only enable training in composite manufacturing under industrial-like conditions, but also, thanks to the research equipment, will introduce a range of research services for companies in the composite and unfilled thermoplastics industries.
