Marcin Podsiadły

EMT-Systems Trainer in the field of industrial automation. Head of the Control and Visualization Systems Department. Marcin Podsiadły specializes in creating comprehensive programming standards for PLCs and HMI/SCADA process visualization systems. As part of his work, he also optimizes existing PLC control systems, as well as their modernization and migration. He conducts training in automation device programming for EMT-Systems. He is the author of unique training courses on best programming practices, expert functions, and programmable diagnostics. He lectures at the Silesian University of Technology as part of the Postgraduate Studies in "Automation, Robotics, and Digitization of Production Processes" and the MBA "Industry 4.0" program. He teaches subjects such as PLC Programming, HMI/SCADA Visualization Systems, and Industrial Networks. He is the author of the bestselling book "Industrial Automation for Beginners: Learn About PLCs and HMI Panels and Learn to Program Them." Winner of the first edition of the Polish PLC Programmers Championships.

Dr. Eng. Patryk Grelewicz

A graduate of the Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics, and Computer Science at the Silesian University of Technology, he is an expert in PLC and DCS systems, with particular emphasis on continuous process control. He gained industrial experience commissioning DCS systems for power plants and combined heat and power plants. He has also participated in a wide range of projects for the automotive industry, from system integration and the implementation of new technologies in production engineering to control system audits. Over the years, he has specialized in PLC programming and SCADA system design, with particular emphasis on Siemens controllers. The complexity of the issues he encounters in his professional career prompted him to undertake doctoral studies, where he researches and develops new tools for the application of control quality assessment algorithms in industry.

Grzegorz Kisiel

Mechatronics engineer specializing in virtual control and IoT technologies in industrial applications. He possesses advanced knowledge in edge computing system configuration, real-time data acquisition and processing, and device integration in production environments. He gained experience implementing domestic and international projects using Siemens technology solutions. He effectively combines engineering expertise with implementation practice, focusing on process optimization, production digitization, and increasing operational efficiency. In his work, he focuses on a modern approach to automation, the development of industrial system architecture, and secure data processing in IoT ecosystems.

Mirosław Kuligowski

An employee and expert associated with Siemens. An experienced specialist, serving as Sales & Development Manager in the Digital Industries area, he has worked at the company for many years, combining practical experience with active support for the development of technical education and collaboration with industry. He is involved in educational programs such as the Siemens Mechatronic System Certification Program (SMSCP) – a certified education system for mechatronics engineers, which aims to prepare competent specialists aligned with Industry 4.0 trends. Kuligowski promotes the development of technical staff and supports educational initiatives in schools and universities. In his work, he combines technical knowledge with the ability to build business relationships, focusing on supporting the digitization of industry and developing the competencies of future engineers in the spirit of modern technologies.
