WAGO PFC200 CS 2ETH RS CAN CONTROLLERS with input/output cards
WAGO 750-8204 | The PFC200 is a compact controller that is part of the WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM. In addition to network and field interfaces, it supports digital, analog, and specialty modules from the 750/753 series. Two ETHERNET ports and a built-in switch enable network connections in a linear topology. An integrated web server provides the user with configuration options and status information for the PFC200. Typical applications for the PFC200 include process automation, building automation, as well as machine and plant engineering, such as packaging and filling machines, textile production, metal and wood processing, and production machines and systems. Programming is possible according to IEC 61131-3.Special features:
- Programmable using WAGO-I/O-PRO V2.3
- Direct connection of WAGO I/O modules
- 2 x ETHERNET (with switch), RS-232/-485, CAN, CANopen

SIGNAL SIMULATORS
Each kit also includes a signal generator connected to the controller's inputs/outputs. It allows for the simulation of binary signals and analog input/output signals (0-10V). It is also equipped with an electronic voltage indicator. The generator includes:- 8 buttons for input signals
- potentiometer adjusting the analog input voltage range
- analog input voltage value display
- analog output voltage value display
EXECUTIVE STATIONS WITH AUTOMATION AND MECHANICS ELEMENTS
Each trainee has access to a set of actuators connected to the controller's input/output modules. The station allows for quick viewing of programming results in the form of actual movement of various components, programming cycles, motion sequences, and more. The ADVANCED training station includes:- air preparation system

Software
CoDeSys version 3.5 is a popular solution used by many PLC manufacturers. Beckhoff, Wago, Moeller, TURCK, ifm electronic, Parker, and many others benefit from the system's advantages.
The software supports all PLC programming languages compliant with the IEC 61131-3 standard, making it a complete, versatile environment for creating control applications. It allows programming in all languages used in automation: LD, FBD, ST, IL, SFC, and CFC.
A rich set of libraries provided by the CoDeSys system manufacturer and device manufacturers (as well as third parties) expands the environment with further, increasingly advanced functions.
Working with Codesys 3.5 also offers the benefits of object-oriented programming:
- responsive syntax, simplifying the process of finding appropriate instructions and procedures
- libraries with ready-made code snippets
- modern debugger - preview variables and trace code line by line
