We offer two spacious, air-conditioned training laboratories with a total area of ​​162 m². The student workstations are equipped with specialized teaching aids. Each participant has access to, among other things, the latest tool catalogs and measuring instruments and cutting tools.

Our training rooms provide the opportunity work on real industrial machine tools based on the most popular drivers – SINUMERIK and FANUC..

During practical classes, we utilize our own diverse machinery. Depending on the course level and group size, we provide the following fleet of machining machines to our students:

Tools used during courses

• measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, height gauge, rules, gauge blocks.

During the course, each participant has access to INDIVIDUAL WORKSTATIONS together with touchscreen LCD monitor and installed specialized software simulating work with real controllers:

SinuTrain Operate 4.5 SP2 is not only a training program but also allows offline programming of SINUMERIK CNC controls, thanks to its being based on the same SINUMERIK Operate system. It is the ideal tool for CNC operators, technologists, and machine setters.

Mach3 is one of the most popular programs for controlling CNC machines with up to 6 axes. It transforms a standard computer into a controller for any CNC machine. Control is based on G-codes, and the program also allows for live preview of the toolpath and machining parameters.

The software offers a wide range of functionality, from simple NC programming to high-performance and multi-axis machining, allowing you to accomplish multiple tasks with a single system. NX software is used across a wide range of industries, serving successfully in aerospace, automotive, medical devices, foundry, and general machinery manufacturing. NX CAM features a tightly integrated post-processing system that allows you to easily generate the correct NC code for almost any machine tool and controller configuration. Multiple levels of NC program validation include G-code simulation, eliminating the need for separate simulation packages.

Additionally, thanks to our well-stocked library, our students have access to professional literature, industry journals, and tool catalogs. This collection of literature helps them better understand the topic and, for those with an inquisitive mind, deepen their knowledge of machining.

Exercises performed on real CNC machine tools with Sinumerik and Fanuc controls, presentations, demonstrations, and exercises on computer stations in CNC milling/lathe programming. We are the only company in Poland to also conduct exercises using Siemens PLM Software - NX CAM (Manufacturing module).

1. Analyses production drawings in terms of:
   • selection of machining bases,
   • dimensional tolerances and fits,
   • shape and position tolerances,
   • surface roughness tolerance.
2. Selects methods of fastening workpieces
3. Selects the tools and cutting parameters necessary to perform subtractive machining
4. Selects measuring instruments for technical inspection
5. Prepares technological documentation:
   • technology cards,
   • processing instructions,
   • machine tool setup instructions,
   • technical inspection instructions.
6. Implements the technological process:
   • machine tool equipping (tool correction),
   • preparation of the processing base,
   • clamping the workpiece with setting the zero points,
   • preparation of a processing program,
   • execution of machining on selected CNC machines.
